I was finally able to get my NWT Berzerk to work with the help of their support. I had to really wrench the coin door with a pair of small pliers to eventually get it to open. Also, NWT explained to me that the Berzerk manual is wrong, including where to coin in. Once that info was given to me, everything was great. I wish more care was taken, so I didn't have to deal with these issues, but I'm glad they were easily resolved.
I'm glad that NWT was able to keep the Atari Logo's off the physical machine, but I am disappointed that we got modified versions of the roms that display Atari. I think this is the only NWT product I own where they modified the rom in this way. I could be wrong, but here it's much more pronounced. I wish the license holders really understood what New Wave Toys and Numskull are doing here, trying to make Arcade accurate versions of these machines. These aren't My Arcade's or Arcade1Up's, these are deliberate recreations of the originals. In any case though, I'm happy to have one of my favorite arcade machines of all time get the New Wave Toys treatment :)

What problem were you having with the machine? My coin door buttons on my Berzerk machine don't light up and was wondering if that was your problem that you were able to fix, by opening the coin door. Has anyone else had this problem and is it fixable?

My coin doors light up, but my biggest issue was the manual. New Wave Toys support let me know the manual was incorrect. They said the coin door actually does open and to hit a different button, the actual coin return, to enter a credit.
I was able to get the coin door open, but it took a lot of force with some small pliers. I then ignored the area on the front of the cabinet that read "coin return" and pressed a non-labeled silver button near the middle left (as described by New Wave Toys).
I would definitely reach out to New Wave Toys support regarding the light up coin door. Chances are, you may have a burnt out bulb. I don't recall a software setting to turn off the lights on the coin doors, just the marquee.

Is there currently a source for some yet? I left my Atari stickers packaged up... waiting for some proper Sterns.
13:00 - You're playing it wrong! Don't you know that right-handed players are supposed to use their LEFT hand on the joystick, freeing up their right hand for the MUCH more important task of pressing the fire button!
After all, that's how they manufacture ALL arcade joysticks today...
What about the HDMI and USB ports?
Hey, not sure what you want to know. I mentioned the ports on the back of the machine at the 6:45 mark of the video. There's a USB-C port for charging, Two USB-A ports that you can plug in external controllers and an HDMI port for connection to a TV or monitor. If you have a specific question, let me know and I'll do my best to answer.

@shawncolton9507 ah ok. I'll see if I can do that. Keep an eye out for a short. Also, you can check Shelion Gaming. She did a review as well and shows off a little gameplay on a tv with an external ganepad.
