Today I made WHITE CHOCOLATE MUD CAKE and took it waaayyy over the top with some seriously delicious and utterly simple decoration techniques. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 sticks plus 5 tablespoons (10.5 ounces) salted butter
1 cup water
10.5 ounces white chocolate, chopped or broken
3 ⅔ cups (450g) all-purpose flour
2 cups (400g) superfine sugar
3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
4 extra large eggs, lightly beaten (room temperature is best)
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract (or the seeds from 1 vanilla bean pod)
Whipped white chocolate ganache
Tools:
6 inch round baking tin
Medium pot
Offset spatula
Wooden spoon
Cake scraper / Metal ruler
Parchment Paper
Cooling Rack

Here is the recipe for this cake in cups and spoons!
-1 1/3 cup butter, salted (or unsalted with a pinch of salt)
-1 1/2 cups white chocolate (chopped or broken)
-1 3/4 cup self raising flour (or 1 3/4 cup plain flour mixed with 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder)
-2 cups caster sugar (granulated sugar in US)
-1 cup + 2 teaspoons water
-4 eggs, lightly beaten (room temperature for best results!)
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-2 teaspoons vanilla extract or essence

hiii i believe the recipe you listed down here has one error :) The measurements for the self-raising flour should be doubled because i compared the measurements for other ingredients and they are exactly the same to the original recipe except the flour ...
And the recipe you listed here is for 2 tins right ? :)))
