Version 3 of Unforgivable Sinner. Playing My Game (2000) Copyright Video Hits. I own nothing within this clip, nor am I affiliated with anyone within the music industry.
My father was her neightbor when she was a child, she went around in the neighborhood to visit people to sing for money from the age of five. She has always loved singing.
This song was my soundtrack during the eclipse of sun in Italy on 11 August 1999 ... I think it is one of the most beautiful pieces ever written ... I love Lene and I love Norway
I remeber that day very good. I was 12 then, my older sister used to listen this song and other pop english songs this is how it stuck in my mind... It also the day i lost my dog... i just never saw him again after that day.. the eclipse was almost complete in Macedonia but not absolute..
Yea and also the 80's :-( I remember when this came out and was a hit single in her native Norway + got single on CD, Then when I came back to UK was also a hit single getting in the top 20-Then her debut album came out:Playing the Game and got that in Our Price and have it on my MP3 :-)
I’ve been looking for this song for So. Fucking. Long. I was started to think it was only my imagination or a dream that I had, I thought this song wasn’t real. And today. Today I FINALLY found it , and guys. This is it. My whole body was covered in goosebumps because this song is such an old memory from my childhood and I’m just crying right now ❤️ finding that song that you’ve been looking for so long definitely feels better than sex
I believe that the depth that music speaks to your soul can reawaken lost memories when you hear the song again. It's like the emotions you felt when you first heard it help to seal them away, waiting for one day to be rediscovered. I still have some songs that I was listening to around a similar time to this one that still feel like dreams that never happened.
Canzone favolosa del 1999! Quanti ricordi intensi e piacevoli! Non posso credere siano trascorsi vent'anni dall'esordio di questa cantautrice meravigliosa! 🤗

I'm all teary eyed right now with my whole body covered in goosebumps. This is my first time listening to this song since I was 7. Now I'm 20. I used to sing this song on my way to school, at home, everywhere. Mostly when I felt sad, I'd lock myself in my room and play it on my disc-man. I love you, Lene Marlin. Thank you for making us reminisce the greatest times of our lives
From a musician's point of view I easily commend this song as one of the catchiest and bestest (sic) ever, one of the very few songs in which I wouldn't change anything. Her voice is so frail and beautiful, this particular work of art brings me back to my youth devoid of stress, anxiety and problems. Thank you Lene for making such a great song!
What a talented singer- songwriter and what a beautiful nostalgic song that brings me back to 1999. Lene is truly overlooked. It's unbelievable that she failed to have the same huge career of her peers. Apparently if you don't turn into a sexy pop star you lose relevance in the Pop music industry, plus American pop stars were always more advantaged for some inexplicable reasons. I've never stopped listening to Lene Marlin.
Discover this wonderful song only now in 2023, in 2000 I was just 5 years old...and looking the New York skyline...with the Twin Towers!!😓😓😓😢😢😢so fascinated!

I TRULY LOVE THIS WOMAN. I have and listen to all her stuff all the time. I think that is a fucking travesty that she never really was and isn't still huge the the west. I live in the UK and I think I have her any of her music 2 maybe 3 times on the radio in the last 5 years. Such a really shame. She's a hidden treasure yet talentless acts like One Direction, Nicki Minaj and Miley Cyrus are Idolized. Not right. Anyway if you like this check out her other stuff and spread her about. She deserves it. One Love.
loved her since I was a teen, and it wasn't too much breaking trough to my heart except roxette at that age. but this girl is something extra special. and when listening to her now a days it's like finding my true self again, feeling a calmness hard to find. she is really a healing spirit disguised as a human.

Kinda lose your sense of time
'Cause the days don't matter no more
All the feelings that you hide
Gonna tear you up inside
You hope she knows you tried
Follows you around all day
And you wake up soaking wet
'Cause between this world and eternity
There is a face you hope to see
You know where you've sent her
You sure know where you are
You're trying to ease off
But you know you won't get far
And now she's up there
Sings like an angel
But you can't hear those words
And now she's up there
Sings like an angel
Unforgivable Sinner
You've been walking around in tears
No answers are there to get
You won't ever be the same
Someone cries and you're to blame
Struggling with a fight inside
Sorrow you'll defeat
The picture you see it won't disappear
Not unpleasant dreams or her voice you hear
You know where you've sent her
You sure know where you are
You're trying to ease off
But you know you won't get far
And now she's up there
Sings like an angel
But you can't hear those words
And now she's up there
Sings like an angel
Unforgivable Sinner
Maybe one time lost
But now you're found
Stand right up before
You hit the ground
Maybe one time lost
But now you're found
Stand right up before
You hit the ground - hit the ground
You know where you've sent her
You sure know where you are
You're trying to ease off
But you know you won't get far
And now she's up there
Sings like an angel
But you can't hear those words
And now she's up there
Sings like an angel
Unforgivable Sinner

Because the industry is a satanic shit hole
Not inexplicable. They’re American; therefore they get more attention and are an easier fit with the publicity machine that sells music.
