The Resistance Militia Heavy Gunners don't spawn on the map editor, they only spawn in Storymode. Plus, it wouldn't be a fair comparison since the Golden Path doesn't have Heavy Gunners.
@@riotbird3180 Since they don't appear on the map editor, I can't pit them against each other so easily. I could find the Heavy Gunner Gun For Hire, go to an outpost with a Eden's Gate Heavy Gunner present, take out all the other soldiers then send the Gun-For-Hire after the P.E.G Heavy Gunner.

i love far cry 5, but damn the heavy are ugly as hell, they should've done it the same as 4's but unlike 4 they should've gave them maybe more greenish padding and vests, and of course a different helmet, that gray german helmet is the ugliest thing i've ever seen in a video game

Project Heavy Gunner has poorer equipment compared to the Royal Guards. Makes sense to be easier.

Whilst I don't see the P.E.G Heavy as particularly ugly, I agree that they could have done it better, and make the Heavy actually look intimidating.
