In this video, we go to Pierre Avoi, a 2473m high mountain peak in Valais, Switzerland. This rocky peak, easily identifiable from the Rhone valley, is one of the most iconic symbols of central Valais. Peaks like this never fail to impress. The majestic Pierre Avoi appears to keep watch over the area. A fantastic viewpoint, it overlooks Verbier, the Val de Bagnes, La Tzoumaz and the Rhône Valley and commands a breathtaking view of Mont-Blanc and the Grand Combin.
