- We got an early preview of Nintendo’s newest wacky party game, Everybody 1-2-Switch, and you don’t need a ton of Joy-Con controllers to play. Some games are played with your smartphone - players scan a QR code to jump in right away.

I just love it when Nintendo and company makes its players appear as complete tools and imbeciles. Smart idea, Nintendo, keep up all the awesome work 👏
Let’s just agree that the Nintendo is inovative when it comes to stuff like these… using mobile phones so that 100 players can participate / snap the correct color game… brilliant !

What level of phone access is required?
Does it really matter? Anyways probably not much
@@meric12131415 A lot of apps want access to things not immediately related to app function. Collecting info about where I shop and what I bought last via cross app monitoring seems to invasive on a gaming app. Maybe that doesn’t apply to this one. Just asking.

@@cathykurlemann5289I see that now. Directions to “scan a QR code” were unclear if it went to the App Store or a browser. It looks browser based if you pause whenever she shows her phone.
