Priya sister, thank you so much for the points covered. Nobody tells these important points -
*soak overnight.
*blend in small jar to fine paste.
*beat/whisk the fine paste for a while to make it airy.
Test to check if it is airy - make a small ball shape and drop in a cup of water, if it sinks then it is not airy, if it floats then it is airy.
*keep aside for three hours for it to ferment.
*mix other ingredients by whisking.
*fry it.
