I’ve been seeing Nicole for years now and each cycle I’ve done a different amount of visits and points and it’s never been stressful. She always made sure whatever we did, even down to each needle or the smell in the room was comfortable and felt good for me. Truly holistic! 🧡 This has helped me to take that idea throughout my whole life, listening to my body and making sure I have what I need to be as comfortable as possible in this crazy fertility world.

You are so welcome! It's one of my biggest lessons in my 90 day program, you are the WORLDS LEADING authority on you and your body and mind! It's so important to put that to good use (and also assemble an amazing team of specialist/experts when needed). You're always such a big part of the equation. Especially in IVF! If you haven't seen my IVF Insider Guide Freebie I'd love you to check it out and let me know what you think. It's at www.thebabyyouwant.com/fertility-freebies I hope your IVF goes well! It's such an intense roller coaster and I'd be thrilled to virtually support you!

Help me with this please, my wife takes pain killers before acupuncture because of the pain. Is it right?

Hello Philemon! I'm not aware of any reason a person should/would need to take pain medication (ibuprofen, tylenol, etc.) for acupuncture and I've never heard of this. If your wife's acupuncturist told her to take these medications it would be good to ask them more questions about why they suggest it. If your wife was NOT told to take these medications, but is choosing to take them on her own (because the treatments are very painful), she might want to ask her practitioner if they can try a more gentle treatment or try a different acupuncturist and see if it feels different and then decide if acupuncture is a good fit for her or not. I don't think acupuncture works best when it feels painful or stressful so if anyone I was treating told me they needed pain medications to feel comfortable receiving acupuncture in the past, I'd say maybe they weren't with the best fit provider or maybe acupuncture just isn't the right fit for them (for example, if you're really afraid of needles, but trying to force yourself to get acupuncture the points might feel more painful because you're "on guard" and afraid). The only other situation I can imagine a person taking pain medication and doing acupuncture is maybe if they're doing the treatment at an IVF clinic and they are told by their OBGYN/R
E doctor (for a procedure the doctor was going to do). But no, not for acupuncture! I hope that helps!

@@SunShinepkg Glad you asked! If she asks the acupuncturist and they give s a reason I'd love to hear what they say. Otherwise, maybe acupressure will be a better option than needles for her. She definitely shouldn't have to suffer through anything! I'd love her to try some of my DIY acupressure lessons. I just posted a new one that's great for pretty much anyone!

@@thebabyyouwant so, he did not recommend or ask her to take it. However, she feels alot of pain whenever she is having acupuncture . She shouts during the process of when the needle was pushed in, then she started taking ibuprofen, but I want thinking it kind of defeats the purpose, by the way I use to think if you don't feel it, means your nerves are not been stimulated or your nerves are not sending the necessary stimulations. So I have been researching and you answered me.
