Hi Stu, I am researching KW, eXp & REAL Brokerage. KW is the one Im most worried about though, LOL , they were highly recommended for new agents becasue of their training for newbies, but I also find out they are very heavy in the fee area and charge for their training after the intitial 1 month training program. I am currently enrolled in a Coaching Program already even before Ive gotten my License. Im in Prep Agent currently.
First, KW, EXP, and REAL are great brokerages. I've been with every one of those, except real. FULL transparency, I left EXP, went to a local brokerage, then went back to EXP. I DON'T like paying for training as a new agent. It actually was one of my MAJOR struggles with offering a coaching program. I charge $49 a month, because I feel that it is beyond reasonable for what you get. The reason I even have to charge, is basically....people want me doing coaching, training, exam prep. If the demand on my time, and expertise is doing those, then I can't do anything else. So I wanted to be clear with my thoughts on KW. I think they aren't in the wrong for CHARGING money for their training. It's the price I have issue with. I say this as someone who literally just had dinner with a long time friend who is at KW. That being said, I've been back at exp for about three months, and the resources, support, and team I have at EXP are way way way too phenomenal not to recommend.
@@RealEstateExamPrepstu thank you so much for all you said! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the transparency as you said 😁 The Internet is so full of information when it comes to all of this. I get confused and don’t know where to go. I am probably overthinking much of this, but I don’t want to make a mistake and end up bogged down with fees and or hyped up Training that isn’t really there. I am in PrepAgent right now and I absolutely love your webinars! So I am already getting familiar with your style. I am making a list of different ones. I would love to connect and interview with. You are definitely one of them.
@@christinaheltabbott7337 you are definitely overthinking it. It’s ok, and not uncommon. I’ve been with a lot of brokers. Not necessarily because I made the wrong decision, but because I grew, my goals changed and there were better brokers to fit my needs. I hate putting down other brokers, and really think you have a great crop to choose from. When I started in the business, the choices were super local. Google didn’t exist, and you went to the office closest to your house. Now there are so many, and so many good ones. Feel free to let me know when you are ready to chat and I’ll set up time with you and one of the admins to chat. I’m really happy with the organization and group I’m with.
Lead freebie full of value is the best.
My survive and thrive numbers are $5000/ &10,000....I started to supplement my husband's income, BUT eventually I could be the "main" earner.
