If you manage to beat the game with no deaths, you got a little nod in the ending. Originally, it was Maron with pixie wings flying by. In the remake, I think it’s a little animation of Maron followed by a seagull flying by, indicating a previous conversation you had with her.
I’ve got an Easter egg, idk if you’ve seen this or not but here goes. In the game “mafia: definitive edition” on the mission “the Saint and the sinner” on the last door to the left just before you reach the managers office you’ll see a half naked man with a clown wig, nose and makeup tied to a chair underneath some colourful lights, when you break down the door he will say “it’s not what it looks like”. I personally found this without knowing about it and I think it’s a very funny and cool Easter egg. Check it out yourself if you want.

There’s a hidden detail in RE 8 (*Spoiler*) Whenever you take damage, you see the visible wounds on Ethan. But as time goes by, the wounds would heal rather quickly and get healed over with some black, grayish goo. Obviously this is because Ethan is made of mold, and has been dead since RE7. But this detail is something you can see right in front of your face, which foreshadows what Ethan truly is, but it’s something almost nobody notices.
Fun fact: Bad Boys 2 is also called "Bad Boys Miami Takedown". They're the same game with the same cover art, but much like Peter Pan in Neverland and Peter Pan Return To Neverland, you might be fooled inti thinking they're different.
More of a detail than an Easter Egg, but I was playing Bully for the first time and I kissed a girl. Apparently, they follow you after and I kissed another girl. The one who was following me walked up and slapped me. I wasn’t expecting that in a game where kissing is a game mechanic that gives you a health boost.
I remember killing the dog in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. I traveled far ahead of Capt. McMillan so I actually survived the dog attack by constantly clicking the melee button. It was very hard but really funny how I survived when I was meant to die

Slight Spoilers for Baldur's Gate 3 below: In act 1 of Baldur's Gate 3 you're given a choice of either defending or destroying a grove full of druids and refugees. If you decide to destroy the grove; 3 of your potential companions will leave your party because they cannot support you, after doing something like that. And just in case you try and pull a sneaky move and recruit them after the fact. One of them will already be in the grove when you attack it, and another will be either hostile or be rendered unrecruitable because of your actions. The last can still be recruited, but that's only because they have no way of knowing you did that.
Kinda confused as to why you posted this when the video has no Baldur's Gate content in it. Unless you're just posting that everywhere to be helpful to folks playing it. To add onto that though... While you do lose out on some party members, others do join you later down the line instead. As to who leaves... You can convince Gale to stay. Shadowheart, Astarian and Lae'zel don't overly care, and will stay. Karlach will leave if present, unsure what happens if you try to recruit her after. Wyll is in the grove though, and you will kill him. You also won't get Halsin in act 2. As I never finished my evil playthrough, I only know you do get Minthara as a companion instead, a drow paladin. Following this route also wouldn't net you Jaheira, as you'd be siding against her and the Harpers. So grand total, you're down 4 characters, to gain 1. 5 if you fail your rolls and don't convince Gale to stay.

So uh... The Skyrim one... When you start out you have the Healing and Flames spells. And by the time you get to Riverwood you'll have like 10+ sets of both Imperial and Stormcloak armor as well as like 15 swords and axes and 4~5 bows and like 100 arrows. Plus Ralof (or Hadvar if you suck) gives you a bow and some arrows if you wanna fight the bear before leaving the cave. Not only that, but you pass by a mine before Riverwood that many players will enter, netting another 10+ bandit armor sets as well as bows, great swords, a battle axe, and a buncha ore, septims, and gems.

not a Easter egg but a cool detail: so, in the game deadlock made by valve there is a character called viscous and they are piloting a slime mech suit. the detail is that if you look at the shadow, you can see the endoskeleton because the slime is transparent

Unless your a idiot you start Skyrim with armor and a sword and shield of a faction depending on who you enter the keep with. A small hidden secret is you can get Full Imperial Officer armor if you follow the stormcloke into the keep. And this wont affect your status with the Imperials if you want to do a Legion Run.

If a second player does it afterwards, the old man comes back and spites you for wanting to see what he's going to do now, by marking that player's answer wrong, but doing nothing else. And if the last player does it (assuming you're playing with 3 players), he'll close the game.

Skyrim starts you with clothes, and immediately gives you weapons and armor after the first scripted sequence. "Nothing but your two fists" is a conscious choice friend. You a Nord Nudist or something? Halo's tutorial is too long? A single room, then it turns you loose... Oh no I had to look at some lights and flick a switch... Play on Heroic or Legendary and literally the "real game" is one line of dialogue away "Come on we gotta get the hell outta here!" Side note, I'm 99% sure you've covered shooting Keyes before.
I feel like the narriator in ICEY just sounds really annoyed, unfortunately not in a good way. In The Stanley Parable the narriator had a certain charm even when telling you off or being baffled by your decision making, you hear that it's all in good fun. In comparisson the ICEY narriator just sounds like a parent getting really genuinely annoyed by their little kid not getting what they try to teach them. It's not just me who feels this, right?
The halo combat evolved easter egg i learned the hard way when i shot him by accident by trying to see if he had anymore dialogue unfortunately i pressed the trigger when i nearly dropped my controller 😂
I don't think the Skyrim one is an Easter egg ...you damaged livestock ..that happens if you hit any owned animal. From horses to cows to goats ...also you dont just "start with your fists" every race has access to fire spells. And the first room you leave from has weapons. Lightning spells. Armor ...if you didn't pick them up that's not the games fault

Skyrim starts you with clothes, and immediately gives you weapons and armor after the first scripted sequence. "Nothing but your two fists" is a conscious choice friend. You a Nord Nudist or something?

I feel like the narriator in ICEY just sounds really annoyed, unfortunately not in a good way. In The Stanley Parable the narriator had a certain charm even when telling you off or being baffled by your decision making, you hear that it's all in good fun. In comparisson the ICEY narriator just sounds like a parent getting really genuinely annoyed by their little kid not getting what they try to teach them. It's not just me who feels this, right?

I don't think the Skyrim one is an Easter egg ...you damaged livestock ..that happens if you hit any owned animal. From horses to cows to goats ...also you dont just "start with your fists" every race has access to fire spells. And the first room you leave from has weapons. Lightning spells. Armor ...if you didn't pick them up that's not the games fault
