After watching this video I just have one statement for the guys who are getting any sort of negative ideas about moving to Canada. "Fear is the greatest salesman" - Robert Klein.
Bhai you are comparing a 2018-19 with 2022-23. There was a global pandemic in between the which led to inflation and now we have a war crisis. Yes things have become expensive. But one should not move away from what he or she wants to do.
You have put up good points... but I personally feel that you should also provide context. Without context you are just putting fear into students heart and playing with their brains.
I have nothing bad to say about the content creator.. I just want the content consumers to think before you make or break your plans.
I will be there in September 2023... I will struggle, work my ass off, and make it work for me. Baki I wish anyone reading this comment. Best of Luck.

great and informative video. Just wanna add a few pointers to this
    1) Canada is experiencing peak inflation and if anyone has studied basic economics, they know that every country goes through this cycle of inflation and deflation.
    2) Followinf up on the first point, since canada is experiencing peak inflation, theoretically the job market must be booming at this point. So, students travelling there in 2022 can look for above min wage jobs. Yes they you will have to spend extra for licenses but i believe its worth it as you get to save after all your monthly expenses. Students thinking they will only work min. wage jobs will have to struggle a lot.
If you think canada is unaafordable now, the case may not be the same after 5 years as prices of consumer goods and real estate will eventually come down as inflation relaxes. That being said, the job market will get more competitive so we'll have to keep upgrading our skills to survive.
I will be travelling to Canada in November so i'm not claiming to know everything. Just wanted to share my views on this. Will get to know the reality when i go there soon :p

I am Indian myself. I completed masters after working so hard. After completing masters it’s a huge hurdle to get a single job. Menial jobs are easier to find but pays peanuts while workload is so high. You have to keep constantly pushing yourself so hard to just survive on line. Savings is just a far dream. Loneliness and struggle. Rent, groceries, and commute is super expensive. I still love this country and independent life so I have no regrets. Honestly speaking if you are really rich and can afford expenses it’s easier to survive here and if u r someone who was very loved by friends and parents back home and hail from middle class family it’s quite hard to survive. For a person from a middle class family, it's difficult to survive anywhere. We don't get the benefits the lower socio economic classes get, we have to manage everything on our own. And nowadays the way India is also getting westernized there is nothing different. One good thing in foreign countries is that, no one will poke their nose in others business. But in India people care so much about what others do, there is this constant judging factor on the tiniest of things. People are too invested in others lives in India and love to give out free unasked advice. I'm saying this after living 4 years in US, so yes I also know the difference. It's true however that India is quite cheap (even Mumbai), but only if you are getting well paid, according to the place you live at. One cannot be paid 15k a month and expect to manage their life in a city like Mumbai 😁

I've been waiting since June for my study permit, to go to Algonquin College Ottawa for an advanced diploma in computer engineering. But as time keeps passing and ircc's Frank incompetence, I have actually started to question myself whether I made the right call to apply for Canada as I am forced to take online classes while I keep waiting for my visa, whereas my friends who went to uk/ Australia applying in August to go in September.
I reckon I could easily get an admission in any college as I passed out 12th this year with 90% average score, 10th was 88% aggregate and ielts was 7 band with no module less than 6.5.
Edit I got my study permit on 15th November

Traveling is a luxury in Canada bcz most of the people are living pay checks to pay checks and family will not be there. Just bcz people around us are going abroad doesn't mean we also have to go. Better is be smart and stay back and enjoy life rather then giving our hard earned money to fund Canadian population who will retire 😀

If you are a PR then it’s obviously less, you would have to pay the domestic fees not the international fees.

You either way going to pay a lot more money for 4 years course and the degree is nothing here all you going to work a bit comfortable with whatever degree you have and pay more taxes and you will be almost same paycheque middle class income and all the expenses same maybe you might drive nice car and live in suburban area same 9-5 jobs and a bit smiling you can take all the 4 years money do something with it you will be more happy than spending couple of grand on degree all you need to be smart do something you like escape 9-5 job live happy without going Monday to Friday job🤷‍♂️Canadian life is depressing with 9-5 it’s crazy here

Sir, Thank you so much for always coming out with interesting topics. I am coming to Canada for my Jan 2023 intake. I have taken my admission at Laurentian university for my MBA. I am already having work experience of 3 years 7 months. My first query is is the University worth it after the financial issue it went through? And second is do have any source for getting accomodation in sudbury?

Also getting into management field after working in engineering means you start as a fresher and might be effective for your future as you grow old
