When you see a facade design that you can consider one of the best if not the best in the world and only to get disappointed upon the placement of the of the living room. Don't get me wrong, I love the bedrooms and restrooms too!

If the bedrooms and bathrooms are actually as big as shown it will be like what I am accustomed to in U.S.A, I also like the entertainment area upstairs for my home theater system ,awesome!!!

Great house. The only thing missing is the complete tour. You cut every time you show a different room and I don't know whether a bedroom has a bathroom ensuite or not! You don't know what belongs to every room.
That's the idea! You pay a lot a pesos for the plans!

The interior floorpan is not bad, and clever use of space, with one exception - the first floor front terrace. Try imaging this house anywhere besides across from a beach and it is impractical as It offers no serenity or privacy. Who wants to sit outside and stare at traffic and put on a show for pedestrians? The architect failed when it came to that feature. The pool size and depth were frightening. The pool looks 3mx3m - that is not a pool, its a well. The architect failed to use the exterior space! Problems on the inside seem to really come from the the designer who seems to never really built a house before. Butcher block in a kitchen is germ factory and does not hold up to use. No serious cook would want that in their kitchen. The designer put marble on the interior walls of the first floor. That shows they have no concept of structural stress and weight - not to mention the cost of marble in a such a lavish use in a small house.
A BUYER should change the counter tops to granite or quartz.
I WOULD turn the house 45 degrees so the 14 meter side would face the street. THEN REDESIGN IT.
MARBLE WALLS should be wallpaper in marble design or any other.
