Mother describes heartbreak after hostage son appears in Hamas video

- Mother Rachel Goldberg-Polin has described her heartbreak at seeing her son for the first time in seven months, in a Hamas hostage video.
Hersh Goldberg-Polin was taken by Hamas at the Nova music festival on 7 October.
Rachel says "as a mother I just wanted to reach through the screen and grab him".

The best way to resolve this issue is for Netanyahu to offer himself as a hostage exchange. This would be a win, win for both sides and, hopefully, would remove Netanyahu permanently from Israeli politics.
