タイヤチェーンしてる車は、辛うじて動けそうですね。どちらにしても雪も氷も寒さも厳しいので、移動を控えるのが一番。一時的に動いても直ぐスタックしそう。

雪の除雪車が無い様だね、５００万円程あれば解決すると感じるね、日本では此の程度では通常運転している。雪国では除雪車（３０Cm以上でないと走って無いと感じる。）が無くても、前の車のタイヤ後を追い、崩すと道路が凍結するので嫌がられる。
温暖化防止効果が半端ないね、中国は良くやっているよ、えらい‼
