I always get worried when I see people do covers of this song because the original version is my all-time favorite Disney song, but I absolutely can’t stand the Michael Bolton version that plays during the credits, and that’s the one that gets covered way more often. Whenever I click on a cover video, I hope it’s the good one, but my heart sinks as soon as I hear “a hero’s welcome” instead of “a great, warm welcome” because I know I’ll be disappointed, no matter how beautifully it’s sung
