Rooney's England career is mad overrated. Unreal footballer, but did nothing substantial after Euro 2004.
Rooney has 6 goals at the Euros and 1 World Cup goal.
Kane has 4 goals at the Euros (1 less tournament) and 8 at the World Cup (1 less tournament).
