      Many thanks, I been tryin to find out about "ball handler basketball" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Xonayson Basketball Supremacy - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my partner got amazing success with it.

    Waterfalls - 15s each direction
    Two ball pounds - 30s
    Alternating 2-Ball Pounds - 30s
    One Low One High - 30s Both sides(u know what I mean)
    In and Outs - 30s
    Windshield Wipers - 30s
    Side Leg Dribbling - 30s
    Alternating Side Leg Dribbling - 30s
    L-Dribbles - 30s

    Solid little workout...guys should do this every day. It's only 5 minutes too. My Sophomore year of AAU basketball in high school my coach told our team "imagine if you worked on your handles for only 10 minutes every single day from when we started the season to now (March to July)...imagine how much better you would be" I thought dang I would be so much better I should have done that...then I started doing this immediately that day and by the end of the year (6 months) I was a WAY better ball handler

    great drill definitely nahirapan ako sa iba part ng drill haha u khow when ur a begginer at the game of basketball it ain't easy but once u go back to this drill over and over again u will get use to it begginer hooper here 25years old looking to play 16 years-18years at least professionally and become a skill coach trainer at the end hehe #BasketballPlayer oh well im gona keep on coming back to this drill tilll i master it it does not mean it's hard and u just give up on it u gonna keep pushing back to basics again haha :) #Philippines stuck at home u khow because of rising covid-19 cases in the philippines so i had to just train at home

      It just takes patience and repetition. Id suggest first getting to the point of being able to maintain that low dribble without having to look at the ball. Then when you are ready add the second one in for the higher bounce. Its really awkward but just keep doing it until its like muscle memory. \

      Hey!! Ive been doing waterfalls since i was in first grade lol so i know how to do them if you still need help.
      1. Start off slow. Like after you do one, pick up the balls and then do another one.
      2. Learn how to do one hand first. Ex. Learn how to do it with a crossover with your right hand first and then once you can do that well, learn left handed.
      3. Make sure you are watching the balls at first and then once youre better at it, try and keep your head up

    I can't jump more that 1 foot off of my right foot. My left foot/ two foot vertical is around 30 inches. How can I improve my right foot?

      Become more confident. Know how to motivate yourself. If you have the mental aspect of your game, the physical will soon follow. You shouldn't care about what people think of you and if you're not confident with your handle then practice it more. You only become confident in something with repetition and hard work.
