Ranking EVERY SINGLE Restaurant in Disney's BEST "Park"

  • Why are we calling Disney’s shopping district the best Disney “park?” Because we’ve tracked down some of the GREATEST restaurants here - making Disney Springs more than just a merchandise paradise! Along with the best restaurants, though, we’ve ALSO found some dining options at Disney Springs that’ll make spending money on a $70 spirit jersey over at World of Disney sound like a better deal by the second.

I’ve been on the biggest DFB binge recently getting myself hyped up for my upcoming trip in June! I appreciate your attention to detail and fair judgements, especially your comments about good plant based options since I am the only vegetarian in my party. I went to Disney in March and hadn’t been since the days of Downtown Disney. Wow, did I underestimate the size and scope of the place. I think I only explored about 40% of it! I know Planet Hollywood gets a bad rap but my wife and I ended up going there twice on our last trip. We had such a great experience our first time and returned as a last minute option to try the appetizer Ferris wheel sampler. Not the best thing I’ve ever eaten but it was enjoyable and the restaurant is definitely a fun experience with the sing-alongs. Still have to say though that Homecomin’ was the first place mom and I went to after the lockdown that was as good as before and had all of our favorites. • @stephensmith3111

During the last evening of my last visit to The World in early December 2017 (during a 'value season', remember those?), I made a special trip to Disney Springs to have dinner at Raglan Road. I had a reservation and checked in, but somehow I got lost in the shuffle when I went over to the bar for a pint o' Guinness. They did eventually get a table (seating for 6 for just solo me, they were improvising to make up for the "oops"). The Food made up for it: Shepard's pie with Ger's bread and butter pudding to top [o' the evening] things off. So, despite the glitch, I'll go along with your rating of 9.5/10. I'd definitely eat there again if the opportunity presents itself.
A day earlier, after birthday dinner at Boma's - Flavors of Africa (I'll also give that restaurant 9.5/10), I used Disney Springs as the hub for late night, indirect Disney bus service to get back to the All-Star Movies Resort (value again, W.D.W. is not cheap, spend one's finite financial resources where they count) with a layover by choice at Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar for The Fountain of Youth. I'm still here, so it must be working.

AJ this was really useful and-speaking as a voice over artist-I love your narration, but it would sound so much better if you turned down the gain on your microphone to stop it distorting so much when you get excited and loud! 😅 Happy to help with this if you don’t know someone.

My kids have been saying Disney Springs is their favorite "theme park" since they were 4 yrs old. 😆

Went to Raglan Road January '21. The entrées were delicious but gravy was super salty on both. So yourself a favor, order it on the side. Also, churros in FL will always be hurt by the high humidity which is almost NEVER a problem in Disneyland.

    “Rated” not “Ranked”.

Yep. A.J. made a minor faux pas. Also, the rating is meaningless without some sort of metric other than opinion. Have not seen anything below a 4 (unless I missed it. It was a LONG video).

Comparing the Rainforest Cafe menu to Applebees wasn’t the kind of slander I expected to hear today. Applebees food is good if you control your expectations. Rainforest Cafe somehow still disappoints even if you prepare for it.

At Gideons - go during the week. A lot of the time there is no virtual line and the line that is there is only about 20min to half an hour. If you go during the weekend stop by Gideons Before you do the rest of your shopping/eating. If your return time pops up and you’re doing something you can go anytime after it pops up- even an hour later. They really work hard to keep the physical line shorter than half an hour. Be careful though because most of the line is outdoors in the sun/rain. So plan accordingly. Have water/umbrellas.

Also you can order ahead at the East End market just past downtown Orlando and the cookies are $5 there- however you have to order AHEAD and pick up yourself. And when I say ahead I mean by a day or two.

I would say another con for Ghirardelli is that it's another chain restaurant found else wear. I'd rather go to the one 15 mins away from home and try something new while at Disney!

Loved this! Thanks as always. (Only criticism is why did you have Swirls on the Water so early on in your alphabetical list? 😉) Disney Springs really is a special place and there are lots of places I really want to try: The Polite Pig (I discovered a love for bourbon during the UK's first lockdown in 2020. What?! We had to get through it however we could. 😉); Wine Bar George; Gideons Bakehouse; Morimoto Asia; and The Edison. I think we need a trip to Disney where we spend the whole holiday in the Springs!
