Random fun fact: the beach balls that were removed for safety wound up at company D which is basically a cast exclusive Disney thrift shop (think holiday specific Minnie ears, desks from hotels etc.) so 2 of those beach balls went onto cause minor injuries to my family years after they were removed
As someone who has never been to a Disney park and probably never will, this was a ride. Even the fact that people are willing to wait for like an hour for a ride is insane to me.
It's best to go in the off season. When I was fresh out of Basic Training back in the 90s, I got five day passes for military rate, and I went with my best friend, my sister, and some girls from school. We went in February and the park had very few people in it. One day it sprinkled for a half hour or so in the morning and the park was virtually empty all day. It also really helps to go for at least three days, especially if you have kids. If you're only there a day or two, you go sprinting from one ride to the next, trying to cram everything into a single visit. But if you go for three to five days, you can take your time, enjoy some ice cream, meander around, and the park gets a lot more fun. It's especially better on weeknights, because after dark a lot of the people start leaving the park, and the lines get a lot shorter. I took my family last year and some nights the lines were down to ten minutes or less! The new Lightning Lane feature is good too if you can afford it: once per day on each of the big rides you can basically jump to the front of the line. Personally, though, I've noticed that the park is a lot more crowded now than when I was a kid. I know Disney lost a ton of money because of COVID, and they're losing even more because they won't quit making political films and stuff. But when they finally get bought out or get their heads on straight, they should take all that crowding as a sign and open up a third park in Texas. That would help a lot and would make them even more money in the long run while cutting down the crowds.
ik this comment was made a bit ago, but basically in 2022, me and my family visited Disneyworld. we decided to get in line for the Star Wars Galaxy's Edge ride but problem was, that day it kept breaking down multiple times and the line was literally so long, that it took TWO HOURS in the unbearable heat to finally get on the ride. was it worth it? yes and no. the ride was great and really cool, but the wait felt like hell
I can't imagine waiting for so long, especially _in the scorching heat._ I've waited for about 40 minutes for a ride in my, pretty cold, home country before, and it sucked
Tbf, when we went to Alton Towers in the UK, we waited an hour/hour and a half to get onto the Smiler! And this was a week after reopening after its crash!! 😬Didn't put people off 😂
i have a disability and cant wait in lines because of it, when i go to my countries theme park i have a little ticket where i wait outside the line to go on my next ride and when i look at the paper and see the times people are waiting in the line im shocked, the highest time i saw was 3 hours so i went around the park for the next 3 hours thinking to myself why anyone disability or not would wait in that long of a line
thats so cool, I get a lot of comments talking about how they fall asleep to this or have it on while they work but knowing that I am your meal time video just makes me feel "cool", idk if thats the right word. But thats just like, wow. I literally watch youtube while I eat all the time so knowing Im someone else's meal time video is kind of neat
one of my earliest memories of the bugs land park was the “its tough to be a bug” show and i remember at the end of the show being absolutely jump-scared by bugs crawling under the seats. i also remember being sprayed with bug spray and spiders on webs falling from the ceiling. it was a fun experience.
I have been to Disneyland Paris once, as a small child, and I saw "Honey, I shrunk the audience". The 4D mice absolutely terrified me, and every now and then it still vividly pops into my mind. This is the first acknowledgement of its existence I have ever come across since then.
Holy shit I remember that! I genuinely think I might have repressed it from my memory XD, same with the Muppets and Bug’s Life shows. There was something about 4d shows that was so scary to me when I was a toddler
I went to see the "its tough to be a bug" show when I was about 7. I loved it and was on the edge of my seat. My dad was sat forward, to make sure I didn't fall off my seat, meaning only my mom was sat far back enough to feel the bugs run past, so she randomly screamed and we had no clue why.
The thing I miss the most about tower of terror is the ghosts saying goodbye to you right before the first drop, It terrified me when I was younger, and sadly the Walt Disney world version doesn’t have that scene
@@PancakeNation Yeah, I understand kinda why they don’t have it, since from what I remember it was pretty scary, but it was definitely a cool thing to see before they got fully rid of it!
now that you mention it i feel like i saw that scene a few years back and then it was gone the last time i went. sucks, you're right that scene is super cool
I believe the reason she had a case when she ran out of the ride and fell, is that she ran out of the ride. Exactly like she would have also have done if the ride had caught on fire in that same spot.
I think River Country should have been here, there were countless creepypasta-esque rumors on why it shut down but I think lack of attendance was a big one.
Yeah lack of attendance is really what got it tbh. I always love when stuff gets shutdown without an explanation because it means that there will always be people that will try to give their own speculation/conspiracy theory type of explanation as to why its gone
@@eko9554that and it wasn't able to keep up with the times. It was basically a lake with few slides. The draw was supposed to be that of an old swimming hole. But when you compare that with modern water parks with slides and attractions it was a no brainer which one people would go to.
One of the coolest things about ElecTRONica was during World of Color, once of the Tron characters interrupted the show and they would light up California Screamin like a giant circuit board. Totally took me by surprise and was incredibly badass
Im about half way through this video so far. Ive been listening to it while working on making a blanket for my son who is due in January. Ive made so much progress on the blanket and when i stopped for a food break i realized i had spent almost 2 full hours without taking a break 😅 i usually only work on my projects a half an hour at a time because it hurts my wrist to do for long periods. But your video completely distracted me, enough that i didnt realize how much pain my wrist was in until i paused to make food lol. Ill definitely be binge watching more of your videos while i work on chrocheting. Thanks for all the effort you put into your videos it really helps the time pass. Ps. I see how much you read and respond to your comments and it honestly shows how much you love what you do and interacting with your fanbase, i think its amazing. Idk how you dont have more recognition, Keep up the good work, and i look forward to watching many more of your videos in the future!!!
Thanks! I'm glad people are seeing the hard work im putting in this month. Feels nice to be able to provide content that (in some way) makes people's lives a bit easier. Always love reading comments like this. Makes working a lot easier knowing that people really enjoy what I make I hope your blanket comes out nice for your future son!
48:10 Fact Check: International street wasn't a renaming of main street it was supposed to be a European village full of different countries like a mini Epcot world showcase. It would've gone to the right of the front of main street. It was then canceled and changed into Liberty Street which would've held a prototype hall of presidents and would lay the ground work for Liberty Square in Magic Kingdom
Great video! Although i noticed when you were talking about Pirates of the Caribbean you made a mistake, the bride auction got replaced recently with a chicken auction and most of the women were removed and the redhead was transformed into a pirate.
Thanks for the info! I always love reading the correction comments because it just lets me soak in more information about whatever topic I was researching
Was on the original pirates ride many times. It wasn’t that much different than the ride that existed after the pirates movies. Basically for years all they did was add one Jack Sparrow animatronic. Haven’t been on the one in California in a minute but the one in Florida is NOW pretty recently much different as there is a sea battle between two ships in the beginning and they’ve added Barbosa as you mentioned. Also the ride was originally based on the book Treasure Island by Robert Stevenson. Same with the inspiration for the movie’s general themes and how they depict pirates.
Man, I miss the skyway. It was one of my favorites as a little kid in the 90s. To me that ride emerged you into the full disneyland experience. One of my favorites about it,was being able to see the night parades and fireworks. Man disneyland felt real magical back then. I wish they would bring it back. Same with the people mover.
Just came across this video today in the algorithm and I thoroughly enjoyed it and just wanted say 'THANK YOU' to the creator for putting this together! 🤩 I'm sure it was very time consuming and I could see all of the effort and hard work that went into this. Great job! 👏
47:15 i really liked the Swiss family tree house; it was kind of science museum style in some ways with little bits of info and interactables along the way. I also just LOVE that story so much. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the movie, just read the book as a kid.
I was born in the era of the Disneyland ticket book. We went to Disneyland all the time as a kid. The ticket books just made it that much more special. I was glad to see them go but to tell you the truth I miss my eTicket rides and most of the rides they’ve taken out. I think vintage Disney was a better Disney. And it was certainly less expensive than today’s Disney. I rode the sky gondolas many times. I always wanted to ride in the yellow gondola. I loved the ride but my mother was terrified of the height.
13:30 even though the people mover from Disneyland is long gone, the one at Disney World is lovely, and as someone who gets overstimulated way too easily, it’s one of my very favorite rides 🥰
I remember going to California Adventure when it first opened, this gave me a lot of nostalgia. I honestly wished they left Tower of Terror alone, as well as Paradise Pier and Soaring Over California. I enjoyed it was more for teens/adults and was a great contrast to Disneyland.
The nostalgia factor is HUGE with the OG California Adventure. I legit was getting so sad making this because of how much its changed. Those 3 rides specifically you mentioned are absolute classics and I think should've stayed as well.
Absolutely loved your stories. I have relatives in Nevada, who were constantly taking their two kids back weekend after weekend, which I found odd. After your fascinating details I see why they never got tired of returning!🎪
Ah...that crazy burning dragon parade footage...one of the first videos, beyond my discovery of The Rockafire Explosion animatronics, that got me into my extreme interest and love of all things Theme Parks!
I was eight at the time and I don't remember much about the Skyway but I do remember being amazed at seeing the insides of Matterhorn. For me, it seemed like the ride was miles tall and I was really scared.
I remember so many of those old rides and the tickets! And the Rainbow Ridge train ride was one of my all time favorite rides as a kid! Thanks for showing these oldies but goodies!
My experience with its a small world (At Disney World not Land) was listening to the Spanish version of the song for 15 minutes because the ride broke down for a little bit. Definition of hell.
9:20, well, whatever your opinion on the girl's actions is... she has a good case in the sense that humans are not ment to float down an emergency exit for 30 feet. There should have been stairs or something at the very least
1:11:48 I would imagine that the elevator was designed in that cage style to simulate taking the elevator to the launch pad of a rocket, much like an astronaut. If you look at it that way, it was actually very well themed for the time. Sadly, as with much of the theming of Tomorrowland, as technology catches up, it becomes slightly outdated.
As a major fan of Atlantis (my personal favourite Disney movie), it still kinda bums me out that Atlantis Expedition never became a thing. I would’ve adored that
You deserve more love than you get. You put way too much dedication into this and it's absolutely awesome!! I just watched your newest iceberg on all of those disturbing videos and the entire time I thought, "wow this is some crazy shit he has been researching." I love you and all of your icebergs I always listen to them during homework and mostly when I'm about to fall asleep and a whole 3 hour video about the awesome Disney lore, especially since Disney is my entire childhood and one of my favorite things ever, just makes me SO happy. I hope in the future you get much more recognition and support because you have so much good potential. I think this is by far one of my most favorite icebergs EVER. You're amazing, dude!! :) P.S. I appreciate that you never have any jump scares, or shifts in the audio. It makes it so much more enjoyable. 💗
Reading this in my car while Im waiting for my gf to come out, this comment made me smile a ton. A lot of people think we dont read the comments but we do. Even if we dont reply to each one. Thanks for taking the time out of your day to say that. Really appreciate it Super cool knowing people can see the hard work I put into all my videos :)
My family went to Disneyland when I was about 4 or 5 years old (1979/80) and upon seeing the que for ADVENTURE THRU INNER SPACE, I literally lost it because I thought that we were really going to be shrunk down to microscopic size. Finally after like 5 to 10 minutes of me crying and screaming that I didn't wanna go on the ride, my grandmother waited outside with me while the rest of the family went on the ride. I'm quite embarrassed that I really thought we were gonna be shrunk down and caused such a scene cause I missed out on experiencing that amazing ride.
Yep. I loved the Swiss Family Treehouse because you got a great view and could look at all the rooms of the family. I also adored the skybuckets. They were awesome, especially going through the Matterhorn.
I loved the innoventions center so much, I remember spending so much time wandering around there and seeing marvel stuff in the park for the first time like the iron man suits was so exciting. I also remember playing a demo of Disney infinity there and deciding I wanted to get it because of how cool the toybox mode is
So nostalgic. Used to be an AP holder for years! Went as a kid. Everything in this video is soooo nostalgic. Moved to NYC in 2019 so much has changed since I last went 2023
Thank you! This is exactly why I made this, for those that can't have experienced these rides before they closed. Glad I was able to fulfill that theme park desire!
On our first time riding Guardians of the Galaxy, we didn’t know what kind of ride it was, or that it was the former Tower of Terror, just that it was highly rated. We went in completely unsuspecting with our then 5 and 9 year old kids, and that surprise made it one of the best ride experiences we have ever had. It remains a family favorite.
I wanted to go on the Tower of Terror so bad when I was a kid when my grandparents took me, but my brother was too scared to go on it, so I couldn't. I went on the Guardians version twice this past summer with my stepdaughter and it was so fun.
I never went to any of the Disney parks but I did grow up going to Kennywood and Idlewild, I have a lot of great memories from them. My Pap always said that if he won the lottery he was taking to whole family to Disney in Florida, once he married my step grandmother he stopped playing the lottery😒 If i ever get rich I'm taking my mom, nieces, sister, brother in-law, and if I have my own spouse and children to Disney.
Always looked forward to School Picnics at Kennywood and Dad’s work picnics at Idelwild Park. Loved the Thunderbolt, The Wildmouse, and The Caterpillar.
Best part of “ Adventure through Inner Space “ was the voice over narration. I remember my father , who spent his lifetime in Broadcasting , telling me that the voice was Paul Frees. He was also Santa in the 1969 cartoon Frosty the Snowman and Burgermeister Meisterburger in the stop action Santa Claus is coming to Town of 1970. I know I’m not your democratic but I loved this video.
I remember in Magic Kingdom in Orlando, FL riding many versions of these rides. The astro orbitors in Tomorrowland did remain on top of the people movers and it was weird when you first saw it and didn't know how to get to the actual ride. I was like 15 and my little sister was 4 and she really wanted to ride it. We found the elevator and got on. It is SO much higher than you realize and I was pretty freaked out by the height while my little sister was having the time of her life. So much fun. The people movers are still in Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom too as well as the Carousel of Progress. The submarine ride you showed looked so fun. I never got to ride the submarines however, my mom and dad said Epcot originally had a submarine ride called "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" and they really loved it. I wish I could have seen it. Your video is great! And gave me never-ending nostalgia.
me and my dad LOVE space mountain, and every time we go to disney we would both enter the single rider line multiple times together for a faster wait time. whats better is that most of the time we would end up riding together lol
Wow I actually just rewatched the series in advent of the last part coming out! Now I guess this will be a perfect way to rewatch it when that time comes to.
Whoa! Just watched this entire video nonstop. Grew up in a large family on Cali’s central coast. Was always told Disneyland was too expensive. First park visit was High School Grad Night in ‘81. I was 17 and our class rode down on an Amtrack train. Kool & the Gang was headlining! The park was open all night and Space Mountain was the coolest newest attraction. I live about an hour south now and probably go once or twice a year. I’m just a big Disney adult nerd and found your research and story telling fascinating. Thank you so much! You have a new subscriber.
I’ve never actually been to any Disney place but I like hearing about the history or just having it on in the background and I’ve really gotten into Icebergs lately after my friends made some
thats awesome! I try to make all my icebergs very chill throughout the entire thing. Very rarely will I ever have a bump or sudden change in audio because I know a lot of my viewers like listening to them in the background or when they sleep
My Dad worked for Garrett Airesearch from the 1960s until he retired. Each year there was Garrett Night (only employees and their family. Yes, I started going in my stroller. This one night, only Garrett were allowed and there we no lines. I can remember the height restriction on the Eutopia cars. My older brothers went on it but I was too short until age 10. Am so happy to see Swiss Family Robinson is coming back. Perhaps they release the original movie or make one up to date. You've done an excellent job on research and narrative for all who looks at the video. One point is the Haunted Mansion. Much rumor of a few Cast Masters, the ride was so frightening, it had to be dramatically changed before opening up to the public.
Regarding the very sad crushing incident at America Sings, I have heard that it was a habit of CMs to hop between the stage sections and the wall as a kind of shortcut, even though I'm fairly certain they were supposed to use a different method of going through the different show scenes.
This is my comfort CZcams video ❤ Also, Steve Martin actually worked in the park from the very first day it opened. He sold park maps as a kid! I think that’s cool.
The Mulholand Madness/Goofys Sky School ride is one of those “off the shelf” models known as Wild Mouse. They’re pretty often seen at county fairs and carnivals so they’re pretty sparse structurally thus those tacked on signs!
I'm currently locked at the top room of Cinderella Castle at Disneyland. They escorted me here because I attacked multiple of the mascot characters. They said Mickey is on his way for me, I don't think I'm gonna make it
Luigi's flying tires was crazy man I remember the lines being giant to the point where I only rode it once or twice I did get a cool hat from it though also the rex animatronic was reused as a dj in a star wars themed bar he also has a chance to say the things he said in star tours
29:30 a bugs land is a main source of my fear of bugs that theater where you could “feel” the bugs had me crying but i kinda miss it Edit: they need to bring back muppet vision 3D!!!! I remember the Mad T party!
Awe 😢. I was born in 1982 & I remember a few of these gone attractions. I’m not done watching this; however I remember just loving the Swiss Family Tree house & running around & thinking the water wheel & pulleys & stuff was super awesome (I read the book) it was so much fun as a kid. I remember my parents trying to trap us in to get the hell outta there because I’m their minds & w/the time we had & the $$ they thought it was a waste of time 😂. The funny thing is, I remember doing the same thing w/my own kids years later to get the hell outta Tarzan’s treehouse 😊. Thanks for reminding me of my memories
Omggg, I wish I could've gone in the Swiss Family Tree House, by the time I started really going it was gone :( Also the waste of time thing is so true LOL parents be wildin
If I remember correctly, for a little while there was a grand prize for The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire show at DCA. If you were in the hot seat and answered all the questions correctly, you won tickets for a Disney Cruise. Not sure how long they did that for, or if they did it at all, but I’m like 90% sure that was a thing. My uncle almost won but got the last question wrong!
You said the Rocket Jets elevator was "regular, average [and] unDisney." The attraction's access by elevator-only WAS intentional AND thematic. That is, the elevator Tomorrowland guests took to get from the GROUND to their rocket cockpit HIGH ABOVE was inside a tall, square, open-framed metal tower with red crisscrossing beams. The elevator astronauts took to get from the GROUND to their rocket cockpit HIGH ABOVE was inside a square, open-framed metal tower with red crisscrossing beams.
My best friend and I were OBSESSED with videopolis!! They used to have a dude with this massive camcorder wind in and out of the dancers and so the dancers could see themselves on the huge screens. we'd dance like our lives depended on it in hopes that we'd end up on that big screen😂 it never happened..we probably were too young and not nearly as attractive as the people that ended up on the live-feed.. but we didn't care, we loved the music and we loved dancing. I always wondered what happened to it.. I'll have to go to fantasy land theater when we visit to see if I can make sense of where it used to be
(Be prepared, I wrote an essay) Being 12 now, I remember going to see the "It's Tough to be a Bug" show when I was six. I don't remember much, but I do remember the Hopper animatronic and the being poked and sprayed water at. I was scared out of my mind at that part. I wish it was still there. I've never been to Walt Disney World, but I hope I can go there soon with all the awesome rides there. The sun wheel was also amazing. The Mickey wheel was the best. But in my opinion, the Pixar Pal-Around is just stupid. I enjoy going on the Little Mermaid ride, because of all the cool animatronics and the air conditioning (as well as the breakdowns). I never got a chance to go on Mulholland Madness, but Goofy's Sky School is a great rollercoaster. Same thing with the Silly Symphony Swings. I was always too scared to go on Tower of Terror, but when we heard that it was closing, my dad and I gave it a shot. It was the best ride ever. Even though it's the same track layout, Guardians just feels worse, in a way. I disagree with the statement of the Heimlich ride being just a dumb train ride. Maybe it's just me enjoying it too much as a kid, but I LOVED riding around through all the plastic food and the aromatic atmosphere. Now California Screamin' was an exhilarating ride. I rode it like three times before the renovation. Again, this might just be another "younger me" bias, but I liked the prior more. There's something about the excessive theming that deducts from the overall ride experience. For Star Tours, I never could go on the original, but from my dad, Rex was a really entertaining character. Also from my dad, the Country Bear Jamboree was one of the best rides at Disneyland. Same with the Peoplemover. Last thing, I wish Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland was still intact and running.
We have the innovention center in Disney world!!! That exact questionnaire occurs at the end of Spaceship Earth (Epcot Ball ride) and then there’s a whole science center afterwards!
As for the CZcams channels bit - you missed Justin Scarred! Not only was he the THE original Disney CZcamsr, but he was also the first source for many of the facts and history that others have gone on to parrot since (without crediting him, in most cases). He still does Disney history videos to this day, but always gets missed/forgotten/left out. He is the only reason, imo, why Disney content on CZcams is what it is today.

😬Didn't put people off 😂
i have a disability and cant wait in lines because of it, when i go to my countries theme park i have a little ticket where i wait outside the line to go on my next ride and when i look at the paper and see the times people are waiting in the line im shocked, the highest time i saw was 3 hours so i went around the park for the next 3 hours thinking to myself why anyone disability or not would wait in that long of a line
this has been my meal time video for the past couple days and i’ve finally finished it! I’ve never been to disney but i loved this video!
thats so cool, I get a lot of comments talking about how they fall asleep to this or have it on while they work but knowing that I am your meal time video just makes me feel "cool", idk if thats the right word.
But thats just like, wow. I literally watch youtube while I eat all the time so knowing Im someone else's meal time video is kind of neat
It’s been my meal time / before bed video too. Took me about a week but it’s my comfort video :)
Wow I can finish this in one dinner lol

one of my earliest memories of the bugs land park was the “its tough to be a bug” show and i remember at the end of the show being absolutely jump-scared by bugs crawling under the seats. i also remember being sprayed with bug spray and spiders on webs falling from the ceiling. it was a fun experience.
Holy shit the bug under the seat scared the ever living crap outta me 😭😭😭
I remember this as I've always been a big fan of the A Bug's Life movie.
I was 15 and those mice creeped me out!
It would have added a cool aspect to it, I'd probably be pretty scared
@@theoristThe other water parks Typhoon Lagcoon and Blizzard Beach became more popular
@@eko9554that and it wasn't able to keep up with the times. It was basically a lake with few slides. The draw was supposed to be that of an old swimming hole. But when you compare that with modern water parks with slides and attractions it was a no brainer which one people would go to.
What about the brain eating amoeba thing?
One of the coolest things about ElecTRONica was during World of Color, once of the Tron characters interrupted the show and they would light up California Screamin like a giant circuit board. Totally took me by surprise and was incredibly badass
Honestly, the "America sings incident" may be one of the most gruesome deaths to ever occur at a Disney park....
Agreed.
_JESUS CHRIST... !_
48:10 Fact Check: International street wasn't a renaming of main street it was supposed to be a European village full of different countries like a mini Epcot world showcase. It would've gone to the right of the front of main street. It was then canceled and changed into Liberty Street which would've held a prototype hall of presidents and would lay the ground work for Liberty Square in Magic Kingdom
oh wow! That sounds lke it could've been super cool
Yea the redhead is now a badass pirate lady
Was on the original pirates ride many times. It wasn’t that much different than the ride that existed after the pirates movies. Basically for years all they did was add one Jack Sparrow animatronic. Haven’t been on the one in California in a minute but the one in Florida is NOW pretty recently much different as there is a sea battle between two ships in the beginning and they’ve added Barbosa as you mentioned.
Also the ride was originally based on the book Treasure Island by Robert Stevenson. Same with the inspiration for the movie’s general themes and how they depict pirates.
This is a great video to watch while crocheting. Thank you!
Really?! I watch these while I draw and embroider!
@@makiroll218 perfectly fascinating background sounds for crafts 👍
Man, I miss the skyway. It was one of my favorites as a little kid in the 90s. To me that ride emerged you into the full disneyland experience. One of my favorites about it,was being able to see the night parades and fireworks. Man disneyland felt real magical back then. I wish they would bring it back. Same with the people mover.
Totally agree, frist time 1969. Magical
Just came across this video today in the algorithm and I thoroughly enjoyed it and just wanted say 'THANK YOU' to the creator for putting this together! 🤩 I'm sure it was very time consuming and I could see all of the effort and hard work that went into this. Great job! 👏
40:19 hey! I remember going to this bug's life show! I remember getting poked by the seats lol
Same. I went for the first time im 2006 and didn’t go again until 2014 and was sad it had changed so much upon my return.
I was able to see the House of the future at Disney World as a kid. It blew me away, I will never forget it.
I never got to watch the Aladdin show but one of the actors that played the Genie is a substitute teacher at my alma mater high school
9:20, well, whatever your opinion on the girl's actions is... she has a good case in the sense that humans are not ment to float down an emergency exit for 30 feet. There should have been stairs or something at the very least
This is a magnum opus of theme park history. Well 👏🏻 done 👏🏻
I was one of the main writers on matterhorn production! I'm glad you enjoyed the videos and it helped with your research.
Awesome! Thank you! I absolutely loved all the work yall have done. A great help in the making of this video honestly.
You just blew my mind. If that was what they had in mind, then thats super freaking cool
Very well done! A ton of good history and info!
As a major fan of Atlantis (my personal favourite Disney movie), it still kinda bums me out that Atlantis Expedition never became a thing. I would’ve adored that
Seconding that. Atlantis deserved so much better...
It sadly didn’t do that well since at that time, people were into 3D animated films like Shrek
P.S. I appreciate that you never have any jump scares, or shifts in the audio. It makes it so much more enjoyable. 💗

Well done dude! Organized and straight up!
This was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I watched it in it's entirety 👍
I also remember playing a demo of Disney infinity there and deciding I wanted to get it because of how cool the toybox mode is
Fell asleep after work this morning and I think I woke up because I was hearing this video! I just love Disney and you did an amazing job!
So nostalgic. Used to be an AP holder for years! Went as a kid. Everything in this video is soooo nostalgic. Moved to NYC in 2019 so much has changed since I last went 2023

Man, this took me two days to finish lol. I love this.
I wanted to go on the Tower of Terror so bad when I was a kid when my grandparents took me, but my brother was too scared to go on it, so I couldn't. I went on the Guardians version twice this past summer with my stepdaughter and it was so fun.
I learned so much I actually at the worlds fair in nyc in the 60’s where a lot of things you discussed got started. EXCELLENT JOB!!!!

Brilliant Content, Guapo
Best part of “ Adventure through Inner Space “ was the voice over narration. I remember my father , who spent his lifetime in Broadcasting , telling me that the voice was Paul Frees. He was also Santa in the 1969 cartoon Frosty the Snowman and Burgermeister Meisterburger in the stop action Santa Claus is coming to Town of 1970. I know I’m not your democratic but I loved this video.
I think the reason the girl got away with suing was because there was so actual walk-able exit. Or if there was there was no sign or safety railing.
And gave me never-ending
nostalgia.

This is great
My Dad worked for Garrett Airesearch from the 1960s until he retired.

Omggg, I wish I could've gone in the Swiss Family Tree House, by the time I started really going it was gone :(
Also the waste of time thing is so true LOL parents be wildin
If I remember correctly, for a little while there was a grand prize for The Who Wants To Be A Millionaire show at DCA. If you were in the hot seat and answered all the questions correctly, you won tickets for a Disney Cruise. Not sure how long they did that for, or if they did it at all, but I’m like 90% sure that was a thing. My uncle almost won but got the last question wrong!
That was true at the Disney World version.
I watching this while crafting my paper castle and it help me chill down a lot
Maybe I am just old, but the fact of tripping on a cool attraction with out huge signage etc. was so epic. Enjoyed your video
Great job man, the Lafitte Island was the coolest thing haha, shame it never got made. A lot of the plans in fact.
I'll have to go to fantasy land theater when we visit to see if I can make sense of where it used to be
58:15 BEST RIDE EVERRRRR. I purchased a membership for it lol
One time, I saw a Mickey in my house. He tried pulling me through the toilet, Monday’s am I right? 😅
(Be prepared, I wrote an essay)
Being 12 now, I remember going to see the "It's Tough to be a Bug" show when I was six.
I haven't been to Disneyland in ages, but I loved Innoventions. I remember playing a Rock Band set in there and dancing at the ElecTRONica thing.
