In this episode, Louis comes across a bookbook that explodes, populating the world with paper versions of the characters. Soon enough the other Browser, known as Background Explorer, teams up with Browser to retake the United States they founded by utilizing the Cuban forces they seized control of. Meanwhile, Mario and Louis meet up with Book of Mario, and the trio maintain two goals, defeat Cuba in war, and drive frogs to the brink of extinction.
