The warm-up part is really on point. There is one time I got an interview in English, I could present and communicate in English just fine, but when they suddenly required me to present in Vietnamese, I completely forgot everything and can't speak fluently in Vietnamese anymore although I'm a fulltime Vietnamese

The night before my test, I got so nervous and can't sleep. Then I search for " What to do before IELTS exam" and this video popped up.
