I took my test last week and I got 8. I understood, Thereâs literally nothing to worry. If you can speak English, you can do the speaking test. Itâs that simple. Donât stress urself with too many tips or high vocabulary etc. Imagine u r speaking to just a random person in English. Thatâs it. Youâll get 7 for it.

@@HuongLe-ic3jg there is no way to prepare and pass the speaking part of the exam just in one week. He had already been good at speaking and mastering his skills for quite a bit of time (from 6 months and more, it's rather individualiatic).
There is no way to make it simple, don't be misguided.

This was a random suggestion that I got today and just reminded me of the time I attended IELTS last September. I'm a fluent English speaker but often due to anxiety issues, I stutter during the start of a conversation and it would completely ruin the remaining part. I have watched almost every video on this channel for my IELTS speaking part and I haven't referred to any other channel for IELTS. I secured 8.5 in my speaking and I must say, You are a great teacher! Thank You!

Hi I scored 7.5 in speaking even though I stopped once for around 10 seconds (or more) ..the examiner had to repeat the question and I also hesitated in a couple of part 2 follow up ques but still I scored 7.5 because I used the simple yet effective methods of this video.... I used the phrase "nothing to talk home about" when asked about my home and I can tell the examiner looked a lil impressed... I spoke naturally and used good vocab as well..

It generally takes 14 days to get the IELTS result. In computer based exam you will get result within 5 days.

Dear Keith! I took my IELTS last week and I landed an 8.0 score across all sections!
Unfortunately, I couldn't study in a proper and timely fashion for the exam. Just two days before, I consumed all your videos regarding the "Speaking" component and what to do on the day of the exam. I used some of the expressions you mentioned, but in general, I kept it very spontaneous, simple and fluid!
I didn't prepare for the Listening, Reading and Writing components, but in the end, all went very well!
