I can't even answer like that in my mother language, definitely her confidence, talent and skills as a speaker shine more than her English.
So far she is the most natural I found otherwise I was getting nervous with other interviews and how artifical they were. I was experiencing anxiety to reach that level of speaking.
My brother studied languages at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in
California. The pace of study was intense. Students had to master the language course in 36-64 weeks. Psychologically it was very difficult, but fortunately he was helped by Yuriy Ivantsiv's book "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign languages”. The book " Polyglot Notes" became a desk book for my brother, because it has answers to all the problems that any student of a foreign language has to face. Thanks to the author of the channel for this interesting video! Good luck to everyone who studies a foreign language and wants to realize their full potential!

One of my teacher said that in part one we don't need to elaborate more. We need to give the answer with one or two sentences. But I used to explain my answer. Is this affect my score?

Here the examiner is so kind and nice and actually lets candidate speak to their fullest.
Meanwhile during my exams before i got to finish an answer that examiner quickly asked another question on top of that due to which i was so confused that my part 2 got messed up .However, i tried to calm myself in part 3 but now i know that in order to get high bands it also depends on the examiner.
In this video examiner is so kind and listens carefully while during my test the examiner looked like she didnt even wanted to be there and quickly finished up the test.

There are alot of audible pause. I mean even after every single word, there is an amm... how is she fluent, just 🤯..
Saying natural filler like 'Umm' or 'Aaa' is completely normal, and won't lower your band score as long as it isn't excessive, it is better to focus on coherence and fluency rather than avoiding natural filler.
