You cannot be a proper salesman without being able to deal with rejection, much less a proper man. The number of times that I have been shot down is astronomical...yet I lived...and continued to slay cheeks.
Some men aren't concerned with "slaying cheeks" throughout their life. I used to sit with my former friends and listen to them babbling about how much p they get. They sounded like a bunch of fools who were in some competition with each other.

One thing that men learn quick is rejection, and for most of us rejection by a girl started in grade school. So by the time we in high school we used to it. Rejection is also a tool that forces us to improve. You'll start working out, you'll start grooming yourself better, you'll learn to make people laugh, shit like that. Don't get down because you get rejected, learn from it.
That's definitely good advice, but keep in mind that rejection for outgoing people, which this guy clearly isn't, and rejection for more introverted people, is vastly different.

I was told as a younger man, the more you shoot, the more you hit, so rejection was a big part of that learning curve.
Women don't always choose the guy with the better build, or the guy that's well groomed. You can find those guys who got clowned for an out of shape dude that isn't GQ at all. As far as being a comedian, everyone isn't Eddie Griffin.

While I definitely wouldn’t have cried and/or filmed it in a similar situation, it is cold blooded how the world has just been dragging this man. It’s feels awful when somebody stands you up, why can’t people just relate with dude instead of tearing him down further? That’s the real reason why people like him turn dangerous - there’s only so much somebody will take.

I think the part that should have been discussed is male loneliness in 2023 is a big issue. You are right he is destroyed, you have no idea how many times this has happened to him. Sad, these videos are straight knowledge on women. I have never learned about women from women. I cried over girls in grade school, now I cry because of the peace I have with less women in my life. I let one friend go at the top of this year for disrespecting me, a friendship of eight years. Sad, but true.

I never would have recorded myself or allowed myself to get THAT emotional, but I can, to an extent, get where he's coming from. Like myself, he seems like he's very introvertedmaybe even moreso than myself. Because of that, it's harder to do a lot of the things that fit into societal norms, including dating. And despite his age, his dating history is likely not that extensive. Also, when it comes to rejection, it does hit harder for introverts than more extroverted people because we're not as socially adept, which makes it even more difficult to put oneself out there. Especially men, and especially Black Men. And some of Corey's stuff is funny. SOME. But clearly he really doesn't know wtf he's talking about in this particular case. Most guys like this man are more likely to turn their focus solely on other productive things than to harm someone else. At worst, I'd say he could become a harmless incel.
I'm gonna play devil's advocate here... Never 💩 on someone after they already got 💩tted on. It's the villain arch that turns a person into those ppl you say you fear. Give him some better advice, build him up and show him the ropes, instead of vilifying him before he becomes the villain.

The only thing wrong with this is he put it on social media. I don't care if it's a man, woman or a child... we're all human first. This is why men specifically are so jacked up because we're persecuted by men when we express ourselves, but also persecuted by women when we don't. My “step” Dad is my man! My “step” Dad is my #1. There is no way I would’ve turned out the way I have without him. I cannot say he loves me more than any of his biological children, but I can say he appreciates my opinions, perspectives, and decisions more. We have conversations that he does not have with my other siblings.

1. The man crying in the video is a Los Angeles based comedian. He also has a palsy condition (explains his eye). While his whining is funny and repellent to 95% of women, I honestly believe he’s the poster child of someone who took the women love a “nice guy” crap seriously. Unless his career takes off and/or changes himself physically/mentally, he’ll be stood up forever.
2. As for marrying a woman with kids, the only time a man should do it is if he has kids himself (Mike Brady/Frank Lambert situation). Or if the kids are at least 16 years older and or high school juniors or above. The kids are self sufficient that you do not need to raise them.
