How to get Sword of Naa | Blade and Sorcery

This is how I got the Sword of Naa, a Legendary Tier 5 Sword. This is also a secret ending to the game and a way to keep progressing.
In order to do this, you must activate the 3 pillars for which could be different but for what I tried it was thee same.
One pillar is all Lightning
Another pillar is 1 fire and 2 gravity
And the last pillar is all 3 elements
