I started swim lessons last summer as a total beginner. I used floaties for a good 4 months. Lol. Now I can swim 3 of the 4 swim strokes. I can't believe how much progress I have made. And yes just like you I persevere if it's something I really want. Go for it sis.

Not dark-skinned, but currently suffering from vitamin D deficiency and it's crazy how awful it can make you feel. No energy, catching colds all the time... Definitely worth getting this checked.

I actually didn’t start losing weight until I started incorporating easy on yourself . That’s more important weights in my workout and then increasing the weight over time. For THER longest I was just doing cardio the treadmill or bike and a little bit of weights. I would lose a 2-3 lbs then go back to the gym a day or two later and be at my start weight 🤯 maybe that’ll work for you but yes take important

I am 33, my body changed around 25ish. Things slow done, hormones change. THe body also doe NOT adapt to a lot of quick weight loss. As society and women its OK and we also need to realize its overall how we feel too. Our society is OBSESSED W/the number on the scale!
You weren't eating enough, so your body was storing the fats. You were In starvation mode. However, hearing you being so hard on yourself is so sad. You are so stunning, kind, strong, and you deserve so much good!
@Nyma, there are two sure-ways that I know of that quickly drops my weight. 1. Eating skinless non-fried chicken, with broccoli 🥦 and other vegetables and fruits. Avoiding anything white: rice, bread, potatoes, salt, sugar, etc., and drinking water common nut milks, fresh squeezed juice, or homemade lemonade, and tea without a lot of sugar. You will lose weight and keep it off if you keep this up. I lost 50 pounds this way, and kept it off for 10 years. 2. If you want to really drop the pounds even quicker… go on a all fruits and vegetable diet, with the same drinks listed above. I lost so much weight like this… that I am legit trying to gain some weight back. I promise you… If you eat like this and continue your workout and Pilates you will see your weight fall off. Test it out for three months and see. Not only will the weight fall off, but if you are working out your body is going to be more toned than ever! * this is not advice from the diet culture. This is what actually worked for me!

Don't force yourself to eat breakfast if you're not hungry in the morning, just eat intuitively. Of you're forgetting to eat, you're obviously not hungry. Nothing wrong with intermittent fasting

Wow maybe that’s why I gain weight in those areas. I don’t eat enough but always moving. I just don’t have the appetite.
