Handleworks Conttoler ONLY works with the Hentach Motor on the P-51.

I thought that they would possibly have a separate option for the bafang motors but it seems that it’s only for the Hentach ones.

When is the P-51 controller going to be back stock??
I was talking to my local shop (didn’t exist when I got my bike) about upgrading my S2 with this controller
I definitely like the controller. It’s super easy to install. And also if ever in the future you want even a little more power you can get a extra battery like a shark pack that’s 52v or 60v and then it will even push out more torque and top speed with the stock motor. Thanks for always supporting Cole!

I don’t have a lot of confidence in geared hubs though with those nylon gears. Any thoughts on how extra power and speed affects those little gears ?
Yo, first off thanks so much for watching. As to the gears ⚙️ I was looking at the internals of the P51 motor and they do have nylon they are coated with metal. Now that said there could still be an issue however in my experience so far I have been using a software update from P51 to try and push the bike to its fullest and testing how much they can handle and after about 100 miles I still haven’t had any issue. I will definitely let the community know if I do run into trouble tho.

the cost is too prohibitive at $600 for 99% of people who own these bikes when you can get a controller with the same output for less than 1/6th the price elsewhere.
