It all depends on personal preference. I always prefer playing in 4K since I play on a 55-inch TV. It still looks very good in 1440p. In terms of graphics, I turned a couple settings down to keep a 60FPS avg in 4K but didn't see much of a difference between 1440p max settings and 4K custom.
