Awww. Thank you! Love the LMU gold pieces--especially the French roosters and Angels. Watch the rookie gold series if you haven't, and thanks for the comment!
Very cool to see the nickel for size comparison.
Thank you.
Glad you found it helpful. Always hard to tell size until you've got a known comparison!
Thank you. You have opened my eyes. I will stop overlooking the vintage gold.
I believe that you are a positive influence for my family's future.
My pleasure. Slow and steady wins this race. Take your time and make good selections.

Watching this lesson for what might be the 40th time…
I found a near perfect 1907 20 Franc Rooster today. I am assuming that it was minted around 1950. Thanks for the information.
Very cool! I have a really hard time telling the restrikes from the originals. Some say the gold is a little more coppery in the restrikes. But they're all beautiful!
Thoughts on the English gold 1/2 Sovereign.
I have been collecting them since I can't really afford the full sovereign.
Maybe some day I'll trade up for a full sovereign !
Thanks for your opinions and knowledge.
They're fine. I have a few. I just think they're awfully small.
Any chance you can do an episode on ukranian bullion and or other lower mint bullion coins?
Ooooh I'd love to! Unfortunately I don't really have any examples of those pieces. :(
Which Peruvian coin had this standard?
20 soles (equiv. to 100 Francs) (1863)
10 soles (equiv. to 50 Francs) (1863)
