I’m not a nutritionist but my best guess is that because he is able to do literally whatever he wants whenever he wants so he has minimal stress in his life so when he eats poorly it doesn’t stack with the stress debuff that the majority of people who have to work a normal job have. stress/money problems/exhaustion confined with eating like shit=you feel like shit

The reason Asmongold doesnt have scurvy is solely because of the potato he eats with his steak. I am not sure if people realise this, but that potato is why he is still alive.
I'd say the steak is doing a lot more work then the tater.... he would probably be a lot better off if he ate nothing but the steak.
@@Rykojames not even close. In order to have a more balanced diet is to eat a variety of meats, not just steak since different meats have different nutrients. The potato has enough vitamins to prevent scurvy as well as starch and fiber. So the tater and steak is a bare minimum to survive apparently. I would have added some juice or something to the meal, hell even red wine would be nice to offset the amount of plaque buildup.
