I have call center work experience. I previously worked for US Medicare health insurance under Mitali international ltd. Sometimes we lost the connection and miss the calls. But there is a different situation. We have to listen to the full conversation. Because every word is important. I have a question here... If the call disconnect, then how can i listen to the missing conversation between the doctor and the patient? is there any option to record the call for listening later? (Rasadul Islam Tuhin)
