hey man great videos. As a 34 year old dude trying to dunk , It will be great if you could make a video laying out how a program should be structured (cycle, sets, reps, excersise selectiong, dunk sessions etc).
hey bro, thx for the vids. I got a question tho, is your weekly dunk session the only plyos you do? Ive been noticing this with a lot of guys, especially with thp, where the only jumping they have is dunking 1x per week. would you mind explaining why that is? is it really enough? thanks
So it depends what phase of training I’m in. If it’s a more elastic cycle I’ll add in some extra plyos, but generally doing 1-2 jump sessions per week can get you a lot of plyo contacts that are the most specific type
A simple, but effective workout. I really like the way you explain your training. I can also see all your effort. Congratulations, guy.
Thanks bro! Glad you enjoy it ☺️

I need like 2-3 inches to dunk off the drible but i ve been stuck for so long :( how about you?
Yep I’ve had a plan to do this for a little while!
Need your suggestion to avoid nagging lower back issue after doing heavy pull like power clean & deadlift? Rehab like McGill Big 3 help enough?
Yeah do McGill big 3 prior to heavy pull sessions. Also work on your core bracing more
