Neeraj Sridhar is an absolute legend of his time. His songs with his band Bombay Vikings were so good, be it the remakes or orginal ones. He possessed a very unique voice

I have grown up listening to Bombay vikings! This was the first time I saw Neeraj Sridhar's and it immediately reminded me bombay vikings...then of course you mentioned that he is the one. Weird that I had no idea!

Neeraj sang for other songs like Prem ki naiyya, or may be composed for Tera hone Laga hoon , but those English lines of Tera hone Laga hoon is sung by Joi Barua.. both Wikipedia and even the singer says it.. moreover I am a follower of joi barua so I know his voice better ...

Bombay Vikings, Stereo Nation, Euphoria, Alisha, Anaida, Shaan - nostalgia of my childhood. Although SN weren't particularly original, as a child I enjoyed the music created by all these talented people who brought in so much variety into the Indian music scene.

@@pushpank6210 generation badal chuka hai. It's not hours anymore. Ye generation alag tareeke se chalta hai. Kids nowadays are less attached to things, unless it's their smartphone, jo khud bhi is cheez se bacha nhi hai. and they also change smartphones when another better one comes.
WE used to love things for LIFE, they do it for some months or 2-3 years and then they move on to other good things.

Thanks Ojesh Bhai. This feel personal. Seeing Neeraj Shridhar, RDB and Ram Sampath's work being talked about, I feel as if I'm being heard.
When KK passed away, I was telling my brother how when he was alive no one knew what person he was and what he stood for but after he's gone everyone wants to know more about him and his life. He was everywhere yet nowhere. Unfortunately same will be the fate of Neeraj Shridhar too. He's on every millenial's playlist yet no one knows where he's today. When he came to The Kapil Sharma Show, he didn't get enough attention as compared to other singers who came along. I was disheartened to see that.
His voice has never aged like that of KK. He will certainly be a better choice for many songs that are being made today. For me, Neeraj Shridhar is a better singer than his contemporary Shaan. But he doesn't get any recognition coz he has never been a part of cheap and scripted reality shows.
Who's Armaan Malik, Yaseer Desai, Darshan Raval in front of him? He is blessed with such an original voice and style which can beat all these T-Series-music-video-singers in numbers too.
Vishal Mishra and Sachet Tandon too are not any close to him. This man's repertoire of work is so vast. Moreover he came across as such a humble guy in The Kapil Sharma Show.
I feel sad that Mika Singh gets so much work, so many shows and audiences' love and a gem like Neeraj who's nowhere less than him not getting any of it.
Character Dheela and Bhool Bhulaiya Title Track remakes are all that we get to hear as Neeraj Shridhar's new music.
I absolutely love Pritam Da but I have this grudge against him. He has made Sonu Nigam, Mohit Chauhan, KK sing for him but in past 5 years never have we got anything to hear from Pritam-Neeraj partnership.
Anyhow, people like us will keep remembering Neeraj Sir and thanking him for his contribution. I'm almost sure that this video will reach him. What I'm hoping is that he goes through the comment section too, and see that we remember him and we miss him and his music means a lot to us.
