After he clocked out, he cut Tobacco, came home and ate the big piece of chicken or leftovers then took a nap before he left to clean offices at night. He Also worked on people's cars. That was just 1 day of work. Our lives resembled movies like Claudine or Good Times, we lived in a housing project, "Brick City". I've always had 2 or 3 jobs also, then got hired at Ford Motor Company, moved up to Tool&Die joyrneyman, making 6 figures.. my mom says I have my daddy's work ethic. My father had his own financial planning business. He supported my mom and 3 sisters. He was kind, loving, and firm. I have my own financial planning business now. My dad was the best.
our childhoods were almost parallel, I remember kids saying my daddy was a drug dealer and being hurt and embarrassed , but when we actually sat down and talked about it , I understood his whole story being born in MS in 1938 and the things he had been through and there's nothing that anybody could say or do from that point on to make me ashamed of my father, everyone knew and respected him , there was not an ounce of fear that wasn't him and it really hit home when our elderly neighbors one was over 100 y/o spoke at my fathers funeral and talked about how well my father treated him and the other elders in the community and made sure everyone was taken care of especially the kids. He also demanded respect for everyone including drug addicted individuals. As a kid I would say if they care more about drugs than eating thats on them but my father explained that I don't know their story and how or why they may be addicts but they were people 1st and we would feed them. I could go on and on but before you judge people even drug dealers know their story.
This entire statement was the rhyme and reason of the various neighborhoods I grew up in and as contradictory as it was and sounds, it was true to how things were; and "yes", the drug King Pins and Their Dealers had "MAD RESPECT" IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS!!! Another Believe It Or Not, was how the movie "NEW JACK CITY" Influenced/ Introduced the GRIMEY SIDE OF THE DRUG GAME!!!
I knew exactly what my dad did. I was raised completely by my father learns when at times he was the drug dealer at times when he had a good job I knew all of that I had to be very clear on what was going on and he made sure I knew.
Never say your Dad never had education, you don't build a successful Business without education, just say he didn't go to any university. There are many ways to get educated out here.
Remember it's not the drugs that destroy families but the way society is ran that usually leads to a search of any kind of relief which they can find in drugs except they are classified as forbidden by people with motives and demonized publicly which leads to unsafe practices and risky desperate corners and those usually mix in a very unpleasant way. This one man cannot be held completely responsible for something that society clearly guided him and others too. The world should be better we deserve better.

Her dad is a drug dealer. Caused suffering for other people. Nobody is perfect
But most of all aren't drug dealers. So, yeah. We can judge away.
@@rodneysam3574 lol...wat a way to rationalize it....do you.
But just like prior forefathers...they caused immense amounts of destruction also....
But like I said....do you....I respect your outlook....I just see something different.
@John Dozier , i can care less what you think about what I said. it is was it is. That's on you. We can be imperfect. But, most of ain't drug dealers. Drug dealers destroy people and communities. Nobody is immune to being judged by others for your actions . Suburban life built on misery and destroying communities. Bump that.
@@rodneysam3574 I agree with your sentiment.. it is wat it is. And I tried being cordial....what you thought I cared? Thought I was trying to change your mind?....naw...but you be easy.
Ikr. Ppl always want to judge, but as soon as they do wrong, they either hide, or act like they didn't do ish. I applaud this woman for telling her story. Cuddos to her...🥰🥰
You can tell by the way she speaks and presents herself that there was nothing "suburban" about her family
Awwee 🥰 degeneracy is so adorable
😅😅
Trash legacy 😂
Eh, it’s her dad. Can’t expect her to be impartial.
Man the curses got passed down it seems
Yes but as anqdult you should recognize the damage he did, if he was high enough up the chain that he didn't handle the product but employed people to work corners then he was a serious criminal.
Who?
Truth be told he's a community killer
The government is a community killer. He’s just one individual
Just like BIG PHARMA 😂
I used to be in the streets but I got out and so happy my two sons never saw that side of me! I never talked about it to them! They would have never knew what I did until they their bitter mother told them! SMH

It wasn’t admiration and respect those people were showing it was fear they knew if they crossed him or said something he would hurt them
More like wanting to to be around and have the goodwill of a rich man. People admire and respect people with money
I’ll just say this, everyone seemingly has sound morals behind a keyboard. Her business is just public, unlike the rest of us.
Alot of people don't sell drugs.. its actually frowned upon
@@WalkingWallet Doctors do it all the time. They just have a degree, so the law doesn’t come after them as hard, even though they sell stuff that’s just as damaging as the dudes in the street.
@@WalkingWallet lol that’s a lie. There a liquor store on every block and smoke shops everywhere but not too many people bat an eye at that. You’re probably one of them
He destroyed lives and communities, you shouldn’t embrace that.
No he fed his family the best way he could the government put the drugs on the market for people to sell
But we embrace the sugar that’s pumped into our food, and the liquor stores and smoke shops that’s everywhere. He’s only one person, do you feel that way about these companies destroying communities and lives and the government going along with these companies?
@@Drews2923 yes1 they will be held accountable
Respect and admiration for a drug dealer. Someone that is helping to bring down his community and kill his own people with the drugs he sells
For all you people talking. That’s her dad she loves her dad despite he may have done in the past she loves her daddy. Let her love her dad
Exactly 💯💯💯
Let all those who were lured into a lifetime of heavy drug addiction by her sweet daddy *(that criminal)continue to recover and get over that SOBs choice of providing for his naive brood .
@@MrLeftfootlouie so they didn’t have a choice in the matter? He forced them to do it? Like I said she is showing love to her father what is wrong with that?
@T Stamper You seem to concur that Daddy was a respectable member of society.lmao.Dude she can love her daddy all she wants but when the truth sinks into hers and your limited understanding, the Truth will set your ass free.
@@MrLeftfootlouie when we’re his action defended in what I said? And that makes him bad for society when you lawmakers sold more drugs then he ever could? Listen like I said that’s her father let her love him in peace.
She doesn’t realize people didn’t have admiration or respect for her father they feared her father
My dad was the mf man homie . He still is
One of my friend's daddy was in the PTA since we were in elementary. The children were always well dressed. It wasn't until after high school, and he was killed, that we found out he was a pimp. He beat up one of his prostitutes and her brother shot him! After he died, life was better for his family.
So she saw the admiration and respect people had for her father selling drugs to the black community (which is a huge part of the down fall) and she embraced it. TF?
I can't with our people...
Shoutout to all the hardworking fathers who didn't choose harming others to enrich yourselves and support your families
You are the real MVP's
Overrated ask any black hustler , he made the most money off white people. To sell to blacks u gotta know them, a random white dude will travel from the next town over and spend 500$ without even knowing u
He’s one person. Also There are liquor stores and smoke shops all around the community, and they are put there by the government. Do you know what operation watchtower was? Or operation Pegasus? I don’t understand condemning one person for doing exactly what his government is doing.
My dad is a retired Army Veteran turned postal worker. We never needed for anything. Thanks Pops!!
My Daddy was drafted from Tucson at 18 to Vietnam. Retired from it & was the best Dad anyone could wish for! I wouldn't trade him for any other Dad in the world, no matter how rich or whatever!❤
There's nothing respectable or admirable about tearing down communities.
She has respect, admiration and fear confused. But it benefited her so of course she embraced it. Saf.
Naw that was fear
Kingpins get a lot of respect in their communities, too. Fear and respect can both exist
Usually people that don't stand on the corner live in better places such as the suburbs because they sell in higher amounts
Real Life aint like the movies
??? I know people that live in the hood and are the corner standing people as you call it and are practically millionaires from the amount they sell
@@jaredmardant1876 then they should've gave it up by now.
Gotta love Daddy ..
They are so special in a little girl's eyes..
My daddy was a sanitation worker, hanging off the back of the truck, he used to carry the metal garbage cans on his head and then was promoted to the truck driver.
I like to do DIY Projects, and build things from the ground up, now i have multiple income streams and ready to retire. He definitely had an impact on my life.
Girl is really looking proud by saying her father was a drug dealer 😂
"Admiration and respect" from fiends, package handlers, lookouts and those kept, to keep quiet... Wonder why young people are still gambling away their freedom, still in 2023
I can understand the people who says she glorifies it because riding with your dad in the car while he sells drugs, walking into the kitchen and witnessing him cooking rocks, raids from police *is much different* than living a suburban lifestyle while your dad keeps you completely away from drugs to the point you think he works at a real job. better off saying ‘my dad was a interesting man’ and next topic.
He was really a dealer, not a dope fiend selling drugs to feed a habit
By speaking on it now and doing interviews that glorifying her father drug dealing... Not once in the interviews did she say her father was wrong for selling drugs, and it shouldn't have been done regardless if it provided a lifestyle for their family. She making it look like what her father was doing was noble.
@@brudderstyles3479 exactly my point

He is the typical dealer destroying lives for materialism
Sounds like what politicians do 👀
@prince Prince true and in her eyes it's different
Real Life aint like the movies
Drug dealers are no worse than any other major corporations destroying lives with materialism, and “legal” substances. The “Media” just points the finger at one and praises the other.
Dont forget the USA Government and the CIA' know your history before you speak!
Admiring and respecting drugs dealers isn’t glorifying?

Msnorris said it best, "He made sure his family was safe from the havoc he’s causing in other families."
Her Dad destroyed the families and the fabric of The 12
our childhoods were almost parallel, I remember kids saying my daddy was a drug dealer and being hurt and embarrassed , but when we actually sat down and talked about it , I understood his whole story being born in MS in 1938 and the things he had been through and there's nothing that anybody could say or do from that point on to make me ashamed of my father, everyone knew and respected him , there was not an ounce of fear that wasn't him and it really hit home when our elderly neighbors one was over 100 y/o spoke at my fathers funeral and talked about how well my father treated him and the other elders in the community and made sure everyone was taken care of especially the kids.
So...was your daddy a drug dealer or not?
Well said. And i totally agree. 🥰
so feed the same people you poison? make it make sense people cosign drug dealing because of the lifestyle it allows period

I knew exactly what my dad did. I was raised completely by my father learns when at times he was the drug dealer at times when he had a good job I knew all of that I had to be very clear on what was going on and he made sure I knew.

@@balloonmanalvinpitts sounds you are talking about yourself
He destroyed thousands of families it’s that simple idk how clean he looked doing it
Remember it's not the drugs that destroy families but the way society is ran that usually leads to a search of any kind of relief which they can find in drugs except they are classified as forbidden by people with motives and demonized publicly which leads to unsafe practices and risky desperate corners and those usually mix in a very unpleasant way. This one man cannot be held completely responsible for something that society clearly guided him and others too. The world should be better we deserve better.
