Does anyone know if this particular model (not the pro) can do multiple floor mappings? Say if I live in a double-storey unit and I want to use it to clean both floors.

Due to more negative reviews of this robot, it is now RM599 from SenHeng and official Xiaomi store. Lucky for me, since I need 1 for my small office. For big area, buy only unit with Lidar. I used Roborock S7 MaxV and love it. Dumb robot vacuum like this is more suitable for small area like small office. With Maybank points worth RM100 and S-Coin (SenHeng) worth RM100, I still doubt for its worthiness, around RM400 for my office. Any thought?
Honestly speaking, robot vacuum prices have come down a lot recently due to more competition and also tech upgrades. For RM400 to be used in a small space, i would say it's a no brainer.

according to Xiaomi, it is a HEPA filter. You can buy replacements for them too

Have an 85mm gap under a unit , it always gets stuck under it ! It is marketed that it's hight is 82mm , so that's one lie.
2nd problem no one is mentioning is , the map is only function for this model is just to show you what it had done, you can not save or create restricted areas . These things too you should mention in your advertisment video

what is the difference between Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop 2 and the Lite version?
Lite can't be controlled via phone and stuff. Would not recommend it, since the price difference isn't so big.
Model presented is XMi Vacuum Mop 2 and it is stroger (better sucking) - 2700Pa, it can work longer (up to 110min) and it can clean up to 150 m2 area, while Lite is weaker - 2200 Pa, it can work up to 90min and clean up to 90m2 area.

Definitely super suck, poor after sales service telliung me will call me in 10 days... I sent in on 23 Dec 2022, 9 Jan 2023 and never call. On top also never tell me there is a S$35 for them to test the vacuum clearner I just bought in Nov 2022. Pissed hardware is good but firmware sucks and after a 45 mins update the vacuum cleaner goes round and round and cannot find owner dock to charge. Get into a room and cannot get out, forgetting its map and keep cleaning same spot a few times until battery flat. It is a big Bye... Shitty service and lousy product. BTW there is no comb to remove hair for my unit. FYI 15 Jan 2023 still cannot repair and testing.

Bought this. The stupidest vacuum cleaner I have ever seen. Keeps coming back to the same (already perfectly clean) spots and doesn’t register a lot of other areas that it leaves untouched. You have to move if physically for it to clean them. Incredibly inefficient. Burns through the battery for nothing.
Not the smartest la. but for the price it's ok. I have another vaceuum coming up. feel free to check that out instead!
