    Is the full cloth being used for mop? The middle part of the mop cloth is left dry so all floor is not mopped.

    I have purchased Mi.Robo vaccume cleaner in December 2021. After 6 months of use, I am facing some software issues in robot vacuum mop. P it is forgetting to clean ,it is only making border line and going back to charge. And so many issues. It is not even mopping in Y pattern. And so many issues in mopping. I have to keep on watching the robot if it is cleaning or not. I have complained to customer care but still my problem is not resolved

    Can we add floor cleaning agents like phenyl or Lizol mixed with water in the water compartment ?

      No pochha, only jhaadu with this robot cleaner. It does have a wet pad for light wiping, but can't insert phenyl in it.

    Please update MI Mop P and add a feature to Power Off Machine through Switch over app as well as through voice Control. It would become easy for our parents to use without bending to turn off device by long press. And please add voice control map changing feature.

    Nice, but you supplied me with a defective piece which did not work even for one day. Your engineer came after three days, but he couldn't repair. He promised replacement but I'm waiting now for ten days. You delivered the lemon after there days from booking, but you can't replace it even in ten days? What kind of customer support??

    Mi x 11 need 90 fps update in battle ground mobile india and its high recememded from Coustomer and it has almost years still we are waiting since. we need 90 fps in next software update at any cost please . Don't ignore this very big problem from MI users.....

    One major issue is with Xiaomi 12 pro camera lens. While using the camera for just 2 minutes, the lens is getting covered with a layer of fog ( condensation ), then the camera is clicking blur images or video. This is happening with all of my friends set also. Xiaomi is unable to fix it.
    Don't know why all the big famed youtubers are hiding it and not disclosing it. May be they are paid by company or feared of getting banned by company.
    Also the output of the speaker is not that great and loud considering quad speaker set up and tuned by Harman Kardon

      Even I'm a Xiaomi 12 Pro user and I am not having any issue of this sort, however, I've heard people having this issue, show it at your nearest service centre.
      There's no problem whatsoever even when I'm recording videos for 30-40 minutes constantly on my side.

    I am from Kolkata West Bengal India. I purchased this product on 16th January 2023 from Mi site. Product was working perfectly till 27th January 2023, but it is not working since 28th January 2023. I raised complain on 28th January 2023 and one technician visited my home on 30th January 2023 and he diagonsed that the radar is not working properly and the same need to be replaced. So he ordered the radar on the same day and as per SLA it should be fixed by 10th February 2023, but it is not yet resolved. Worst service provided by Xiomi India. I recommend not to buy product from Mi because of worst service provided by Xiomi India.

    Equipment is bad, their customer support exploits customer badly. Bought extended warranty with Mop three years back. For last 13 months Mop is lying at service center and now Xiaomi is asking for money for repairs that is replacement of battery. No answer given by Xiaomi on National Consumer helpline. Seems they have no regards for Indian law and consumers. A must No Go. If required I can share all the documents here.

      I wish had this worked till now. Enormous number of calls have failed to reap any benefit. No answer has been given by your company even on National Consumer Forum that shows seriousness with which you take Indian Customers and organisations.
