Flooding happened: literally a river runs through my yard now...

Heavy rain within just 40 minutes caused so much water to go from the nearby field right through my property... I was not lucky enough to have a concrete fence/dam on that side where the water was coming from, so it all happened.
Restoration will take days if there will be something left to be restored.

this had to happen so I see now how to prevent it from happening ))
it will never happen again, all the measure have already been taken (flood barriers, and I'm also increasing the overall height of the yard, with the pavers).
by the way, we saved about 99% of the crops and vegetables, so I'm pretty happy it caused very little damage in reality.

yes, it is. despite some underground cables...
there is no grid though, so I am on my pure autonomous mode (again).

can you seal up the perimeter so it does not happen again? I think it could knock the wall down.

well, that was my thought as well, brick wall-up fence on the sides where there was water. it seriously helped on one side, but did not on the other one
