Disclaimer: I am not an immigration agent. This is how I applied for mine and got my visa approved. I hope it helps someone. Remember, everyone's application is different.

Hello Busa, on the issue of financial statement. Is the statement Flo in and out or the fund should be in the account for around 28days.

Please I got admitted into Algoma university and I'm on the application part now but there's a requirement that I should upload an evidence of work requirements of study. That means school has to send a letter/curriculum stating work is necessary for the completion of my studies. I have wrote to the school but no reply yet. Please could you assist by putting a call across to the school for quicker response. Thanks

Nope it’s not compulsory for study permit. But it can fasten the process

I heard that CAD 10,000 has to be transferred to a Canadian account for proof of funds is that true?
I don’t necessarily think so. One can have the equivalent amount in their domestic currency

Hey, please do you remember the documents you had to take for your medical exam?
Just my passport. I don’t think I carried any other thing. Also when you book they will mention the items to bring so I don’t think you need to worry about that

I submitted with IELTS, MYBankStatement and Upfront Medicals
And so they didnt bother sending me a message saying i qualify for NSE. I just got my approval straight away in about 11 days

That’s why I said it’s better to submit everything at once !
When i saw the approval i first thought maybe they made a mistake and the approval was for someone else😂😂. But after sending my passport i saw that the sh*t was real!

Hey Busa please I forgot to indicate that I need a co-op permit while filling my application, please what do you suggest I do?
Have you submitted?
In my opinion, I’ll say apply for the co-op work permit once you get to Canada (it’s possible) it’s just a longer process.
P.s: reach out to your school to let them know and hear what they say. This is just my opinion 🤗

You pay for tuition immediately you get your admission coz it’s gonna be part of your Visa application.
In addition to what Oluwapelumi said, I currently live outside the University because it’s cheaper and less regulated.
I applied around November and got a response in March (the next year)
Because I’m not in school accommodation, I didn’t have to apply for the accommodation.

@@Oluwapelumi_Pearlz I tell you. I was busy during that period so I didn't feel it. I also think I applied too early (lol) application opened November (I submitted asap) but closed Feb.1st.
