Awesome, happy Fig Growing Season. I am a newish grower, and I have some brebas appearing. On my 1 year old Brown Turkey. Someone said that for Brown Turkey you need to eat the Breba and remove the main crop that shows up later in the year since it needs the fig wasp to pollinate, and I don't have any fig wasps where I live in Northern California. Is this true?
Yes of course as long as the protection is adequate. I know of people planting much more sensitive fig trees in ground and they are surviving thanks to adequate protection

Generally you should remove all first year figs to make the tree stronger, but I never do. You don't have fig wasps
