    If you have Social Security as your only income, you are judgement proof by federal law. You don't have to pay anything. If you desire to, use your status as leverage - they will take less, it is better than not being able to collect nothing. Many youtube vids on this subject. Search it.

    Wow thank you. I’m on social security disability and while being heavily medicated due to car accident resulting in two spinal cord surgeries & bank fraud took a loan offer not aware of 38.9% interest. I then had good credit all my life I’m 62 and went from 790 credit score to 520. I tried to negotiate but they wouldn’t budge.

    I thought that was illegal as their selling private information.
