    I baked this bread with wheat flour. It came out soft with a crispy skin and very tasty.
    Very easy recipe, quick bread, easy to prepare.
    I haven't bought bread for many years and you don't have to either. With this recipe you can bake delicious homemade bread yourself.

    Men's Cooking - Paweł Horąży
    Composition:
    - 500 g of wheat flour type 550
    - 300 ml of warm water ❗️
    - 15 g of fresh yeast
    - 1 teaspoon of sugar ❗️
    - 1 teaspoon of salt
    - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    1. Prepare the leaven: yeast + sugar + 100 ml of water + 2 tablespoons of flour;
    2. Set aside to rise for about 15 minutes;
    3. Mix all ingredients and set aside for 1 hour;
    4. Fold the dough several times with a hand dipped in water and set aside for 1 hour;
    5. Remove to a floured countertop and fold, shape into a loaf, place in a basket, set aside for 1 hour;
    6. Transfer to a baking tray;
    5. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes at 220°C

    Mistrzu gratuluje.Wyglada pieknie i smak kuszacy.Ja pieke juz 3lata tez pieczywo z ziarnami i ziolami pozdrawiam serdecznie

    Ja zdecydowanie wolę chleb na zakwasie i z dodatkiem mąki żytniej. Jest bardziej wyrazisty. Ale chlebek wygląda apetycznie :)

      Najbliższy chleb będzie na zakwasie ale całkiem inny, bardzo smaczny pszenny chleb z zakwasem żytnim.
