INGREDIENTS:
HAKE FISH
1 CUP FLOUR
1 ONION
2 SCALLIONS (OPTIONAL)
1/2 INCH GINGER
2-3 GARLIC CLOVES
CHILLI OR SCOTCH BONNET PEPPER
1 FISH SEASONING OR ANY OF YOUR CHOICE
1 TSP WHILE PEPPER (OPTIONAL)
VEGETABLE OIL TO FRY
SALT TO YOUR TASTE

I fell in love with this fish the first day I ate some of it at my friends house,it taste like fresh stock fish,I love how you gently wash it with lemon 🍋,I might end up eating the fish before I finish frying it.
