Long Covid, if you get a severe case of it, will take everything from you: career, savings, home, relationships, and that doesn't even touch on the physical suffering of the illness. This is a very hard road. I had some savings so I had a bit of a buffer but Ive lost of most that now which is scary. I now realise how easily people can become homeless even if you had a good education/job and thought you were set for life. Thanks to Dr Al-Aly for all his hard work trying to help us. For someone with severe Long Covid, there actually is no effective treatment at all, so there is pain on many fronts!

I live in Toronto, take transit, never got the clot shot and never got covid.

Has the Covid virus been isolated yet? How do we differentiate between the seasonal flu and Covid without isolation?
