Welcome to the another of my Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game tutorials! This game is how I got my start into this hobby so it really means a lot to me! I got the new Battle of Osgiliath box from @officialwarhammer and I've already covered the scenery and the three heroes(which also cover the rangers!) so now it's time to paint up those Warriors of Minas Tirith! Hoping for the return of Middle Earth Monday in the future now Workshop seem to be producing a few new MESBG sculpts
I believe Middle Earth Warhammer is about to make some huge moves states side. I know of two groups of 3 forming, and tournaments opening up in Chicago land. I have long covid and when I am actually awake, I have taken up the hobby of painting Minas Tirith in order to improve Brain Fog.

I'm glad you went ahead and got it anyway, it's such a beautiful set. Hopefully you can persuade someone into a game but either way, you'll love painting them!
Great video and always more MESBG! I found a simpler method is to base the whole model with the silver. Then pick out the other colours.
I want a little more contrast to the model so didn’t go with the silver to start. But it is a great method.

Really enjoying your Middle Earth content. Also I watched the video on Army Painter speed paints. Would be interested to learn which speed paints you might swap in for contrast paints on the Osgiliath box set models.
That’s a big ask if have to test them all again. But glad your liking the content.
i'm quite new to MESBG and tabletop in general. I have a few games of 40k in my books, and just 1 tryout game of MESBG yet. I quite liked it, though it was harder to learn than 40k i guess. I'm about to start a Isengard army, i have troll in assembly right now. Lurtz and a few Uruk Hai will follow tomorrow, that's all i have so far. So yeah, please more MESBG stuff on this channel ^^

Why not prime them in leadbelcher and paint in a base black the spots needed to be black? Wouldn't this speed up the painting process a lot?
Well not everybody has silver spray and I’m trying to keep it as accessible as possible. You could for sure do it your way.
I Just have the chaos black under coat- could i achieve similar result?
You would just need to paint in all the basecoats contrast won’t work over black
