best self improvement advice; 1. stop watching pornography 2. going to the gym regularly will get you a physique better than 60% of all people (you’d be surprised by how many people are okay with being overweight/underweight) 3. learn to be charismatic, it will get you so far in life
you dont even need to go to the gym, exercise is free and theres millions of ways to get stronger but the gym certainly helps a lot since it gives you purpose to workout and theres people willing to help you when you need it

Bro, I just discovered your content, and really feel so motivated because you remind me that I am going through a positive path. I've been fighting against a drug addiction around 2 years, and developing new habits in order to beat it (going to gym, playing bass again, reading books...). I've lost most of my friend and relatives, so I just got my parents, my brother and me. I moved to another country, and it's been 6 months from my last day taking drugs. Once a day, I take a step forward to my dreams (I'm an artist/producer), and getting ready when better times come around.
Action is the number one priority In order to change. You need to make changes in your life and sacrifice things Whether that's changing bad habits or your addictions First step is not being in denial ❤ You are very wise and your traits are what make you special. 🙏 I hope to become as succesful as you, lose weight and in general just enjoy life 👍 ❤
