I actually watched Cafe Minamdang because of Sua's OST and ended up loving the show. Its a good mix of goofy comedy and heartfelt drama.
They're all such goofballs. When you put them all together its just CHAOS

Glad youre enjoying the guide! Just wanted to say that as someone who suspected they had adhd for about a decade but finally started treatment this year... Yeah i see some similarities. If you think it will positively impact your life might be worth looking into.
The specific way you get distracted seems to be in a "hyper aware of your environment and any change you notice" kind of away, which is how it is for me. I also relate to the way you say you remember somethings really well and some not at all but I don't know if that's an adhd thing or not. The biggest impact starting medicine for me was I don't feel like every new problem or inconvenience is a threat to my survival as much anymore.
I finally looked into medicine because I switched jobs and my new job has a lot more discreet tasks to keep track of and remember and it was killing me trying to keep up with it
omg i am struggling to get a job and im also introverted and anti social so i barely leave the house and talking on the phone still feels horrible 😭 idk how to get out of the habit like im literally 19 💀 i feel like everyone is staring at/out to get me, so i always back out from interviews that i do get 🙃 i want to look for a work from home job but idk where to look for it properly
@@kiimwashere I'm 30 and didn't start medicine until I was 29. But. I did go to therapy in highschool for severe social anxiety so I get it x.x Even the jobs I have gotten have been with the recommendations of friends who already worked there, I hate interviewing and job searching. Everyone who says networking is important is right and I hate that too. I dont have any practical advice for the paranoia and anxiety other than to tell you people definitely aren't out to get you. They're way too caught up in their own internal lives to actually think that much about other people - everyone Is. You're only 19 so you still have a lot of life ahead of you :) you spend most of your twenties figuring out who you are as a person as an adult in my experience. I was terrified I was going to be told I was faking it but in my first appointment with my psychiatrist they emphasized that the point was to find a treatment that would improve my quality of life, and that it was obvious I was struggling as I was. The hardest part is starting, tied with not quitting when something goes wrong. Do your own research and don't just rely on a nosy and over sharing stranger like me lol, but also don't wait 10 years once you have come to your own conclusions like me either.
