Some good titles there. Orphan, Hills Have Eyes, Lake Placid, Darkest Hour, Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, The Descent, The Collection, The Loved Ones, Trick 'r Treat and Lost Boys are all awesome. Yay, they had The Goonies!!!!. Halloween was the best horror movie there :-). I always would love to have the slipcover for Trick 'r Treat.

Walmart has some nice horror movies. I got Cabin in the woods cheap. The first 4 F13th films. I subbed :)

I wish the DVD of Fright Night 2 was the original film and not the reboot sequel, I would have gotten it for sure.

Yeah, that was the main selling point for me on the Trick 'r Treat purchase. I'm planning on watching Maniac this weekend so I'll PM you with my thoughts after I'm finished with it.

Thanks Aaron, I guess the display with the gold over-cards were all Warner Brothers titles. It also looks like Warner has acquired the rights to some Paramount Pictures titles as well.

My local Walmart is usually good at stocking horror films throughout the year. I guess all of the Future Shops have the same policy as to how they stock their movies, which is a real shame. They used to be my favorite place to buy DVDs, but that was over 10 years ago.

I still need to check out my other local Walmart, although I'm thinking that they may have the same selection of movies. Thanks for watching.

I have been thinking about picking up the new Blu-ray release of Halloween. Orphan is another title that I am interested in.

That is strange, usually the US Walmarts have a better selection of horror titles.

Man those Canadian Walmart's know to stock Halloween movies. All the ones by me have just a small display with 5 different titles. and then they wonder why movie sales are down lol...I need to get that edition of Trick r Treat. i seen on the back it had a lot of features on it. Let me know what you thought of the Maniac remake. I want to see it so bad.
