AP Computer Science Video 9 - while loop part 2 with the Higher/Lower Game

Video #9 in a lecture series teaching the AP Computer Science curriculum and an introduction to Java. In this one, we build a fun game that challenges users to guess a number between 1 and 100 in the smaller number of guesses possible. We learn about the one gotcha with a while loop and how to watch your program run one step at a time to make sure it is bug free.
