Alors on sait comment dérouler le film,par contre au moment le plus important,c'est à dire le décollage du film de protection,la caméra change de plan et on ne sait plus quel est le bon côté à coller et donc dans quel sens.....
Does the film have a front and back? How do I know which side to put on the window? The instructions are not clear.
Yes, the film have a front and back side. The front side is tinted. An on the backside there is a transparent protection film - that you need to remove before. In the video we show a trick on how to easy remove it, see from sec 0:34. Hope this helps you. Kind regards!

Dear d-c-fix team,
I would like to know if I can apply the dark sun protection foil on ca. 45 degree diagonal surfaces (on the inner side of roof windows + on the inner surface of an outdoor glass-roofed terrace)? In the case of the outdoor application, the temperature may sink to -10 Celsius degree. Thank you in advance!
Dear @jszlezak76 - unfortunately, our d-c-fix window films cannot be applied to sloping windows (e.g. skylights) because there is a risk of glass breakage. The solar radiation is even higher with these windows and thus also the thermal tension that arises. Therefore we do not recommend this kind of application. Kind regards!
Hallo, von anderen Herstellern kenne ich die Montage auf der Außenseite des Fensters. Ist die hier gezeigte Montage auf der Innenseite korrekt?

Hallo - mit der d-c-fix® Sonnenschutzfolie können gefahrlos alle vertikal ausgerichteten
klaren und getönten Einfachverglasungen sowie klare Isolierverglasungen und klare laminierte Low-E Isolierverglasung (Einfachverglasung) beklebt werden. Bei getönten Isolierverglasungen und klarer laminierter Doppelverglasung bitte unbedingt den Fensterhersteller kontaktieren
und dessen Empfehlung folgen. Viele Grüße :-)
