Hello guys, if you want to see traditional Milan Christmas market, you have to visit “ la fiera degli oh Bej! Oh Bej!” at the start of December. It’s the most largest and storical Christmas Market in Milan, one of the oldest in Europe.
MILAN-my city..... I love it so much and I miss it.... I lived there for more than 13 years...and can't wait to go back there.... the video is amazing guys.... Merry Christmas ❤🌲🌲💫💫❤❤
Great video you two. That tree is beautiful and I hate Christmas (not really) so that’s something coming from me. I dig the wine in the backpack. That’s ballin’ on a budget!!
Guys, you should have tried the Bergamo market. But remember tgat having food in a Christmas Marker ia more a german or other nordic countries tradition. There you can find real porkish food :-)... with wurstel and cabbage. Sometimes in Bergamo you can find such kind of market, too, also in Milan, but probably not under christmas. In Christmas markets are more to sell local hand made goods, food, sweets, candies, etc. If you want to go in a place full of food from all the regions of Italy, and abroad (also foreign countries), you should go to the Fiera dell'Artigianato, a free exhibition fair that is held at Fiera Milano in Rho Pero from beginning to middle december. I am sure you will love it. Try to go there next year. You can also purchase food from all over Italy and the world, you can buy hand made goods from everywhere and also heat hot food cooked there. And remember, there are some limitations due to covid now, so that's why there were less markets in Milan than there are usually in Christmas Time.
Wow! We LOVED seeing Milan during Christmas. We're living in Madrid and were going to head there for Christmas but decided to cancel with COVID. It's lovely seeing all the markets, lights, and city in general!
this was an excellent Christmas video. it really put me in the spirit of the Holidays. Thank you for another great vid. Love your channel. be safe and Merry Christmas.
By the way, very pretty coat, Misha. Nice you guys are doing festive things. I wish I were there. Been in Budapest for Christmas several years now. So it would be nice to explore other Christmas markets next year.
Thanks Natalie! 🥰 We loved the Budapest Christmas markets when we went a few years ago, so beautiful & the food was amazing 😍 Hopefully next year you will get the chance to explore other ones as well!🎄✨
I love they way you drink wine, me and my husband when to visit the sagrada familia on the way we found a bodega we got a bottle of wine on line to go to the church we drinking the most tasty wine, memories that stay with us for ever, drink wine and ve happy, MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL THE WAY FROM NY.🍷🍷🍷CHEERS 🥰🥰LOVE ALL YOUR VIDEOS
Love the Video 🤗❤️. You did a nice job. Too bad some areas were not fully running their shops🥺 but the past kiddie market was nice 🤗. Milan is Bella bella the tree 🤗. It sure is cool name brand designers were decorating,!!!. TY both and i hope you warmed up 🇮🇹. You both are too cute. Buon Natale 🇮🇹🎄🇮🇹🇵🇷
Christmas markets are not traditionally Italian (apart from Alto Adige, the German speaking part of Italy), they are a Northern European tradition... we have a traditional fair for Christmas on our Patron Saint 's day on the 8th of December and that's *huge* ... wrong date I'm afraid. The fair is called "O bei Obei" and that's what we have in Milan for Christmas. Basically you were looking for a Northern European tradition in Southern Europe.
@@TheGlobalExpats your mistake is you don't talk with local people. Milan is full of life but you have to know where to go. Brera and the Navigli area are ful of markets, food, pubs...

Happy Holidays and thanks for sharing. Looks like Como has a more intimate market although Milan has the big budget decorations.
Thanks Daniel, happy holidays to you as well! 🤗✨🎄 and yes, they seem to have very different vibes! 🇮🇹
If you want real Christmas markets in Italy, you should go to Bolzano and the Alto Adige/Südtirol villages: they are simply astonishing there! 🎄💕

Milan l’è un gran Milan.
Wrong city, you two should come to Turin !! Best chocolate in Europe.
We will hopefully be there soon, Orvo! 🥰
Is it nice during Christmas?
@@DLGemma Of course !! We have many festivals during Christmas.
Hi!. Can somebody tell me when they quit all the Christmas decorations in Milan? I'll go next January.
Hi! In all of Italy the Christmas decorations usually stay up until January 6! 🤗🎄
Mi raccomando, non dimenticate la cotoletta ed il risotto alla milanese!
So was it worth it for Christmas? I mean if everything is expensive and no real Christmas vibe?
